Peaches Geldof has reportedly had a showdown with her “livid” father after claims she has drug-fuelled sex.

The 21-year-old was recently at the centre of allegations she had sex with American student Ben Mills while on heroin.

Mills posted topless pictures of the star on the internet and claimed she had taken heroin before they had sex, claims that her rep has furiously denied.

She reportedly had a recent furious showdown with dad Sir Bob Geldof, 58, over the incident.

A source said to UK newspaper Daily Star: “Bob was livid. Especially after what happened to her mum. But Peaches was really tearful. She kept apologising and told him her drink and drugs days are over. She claims she’s clean now and there’s no need to go to rehab.”

Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester has told how her convicted drug-trafficker mother warned her not to take drugs – but also how she can’t help liking bad boys.

The 23-year-old actress, who plays Blair Waldorf in the hit TV show, was born in a Texan federal prison hospital during her mother Connie’s 10-year jail term for running a drug-trafficking ring. Her father Doug was also jailed for his role in the scheme to smuggle marijuana into the US from Jamaica.

Meester told Australia’s NW magazine: “My parents had a very interesting point of view on drugs because they witnessed a lot of people taking them. They basically said to me don’t do it. So I didn’t. And anything I’ve ever done or tried, I’ve been upfront with them about it.”

The star, who is dating co-star Sebastian Stan, also said that she likes bad boys: “Guys who are rebels and make their own rules are appealing. I want them to be dark and bad. And guys who are a little bad – and by bad I mean they’re not constantly around – I consider gold. Guys who are unavailable are a dream for me because I’m unavailable all the time. It’s great because they’re not down your throat.”

R Kelly’s defense team has closed their case in his child pornography trial earlier this week after just two days and calling only twelve witnesses. The buzz going around is that their low-ball strategy of failing to call the alleged video victim as a witness could backfire and send the R&B singer in jail for a long time. An expert spoke to the Chicago Sun-Times saying that leaving the girl out might cause jurors “to speculate she had some inducement not to testify.” The prosecution returned the day after to hammer the singer about his mole.
