Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s daughter’s school is going anti-paparazzi

The pre-school attended by Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck’s daughter is trying to ban the paparazzi from its gates.

The First Presbyterian Nursery School in Santa Monica, California has become a popular target for photographers ever since Violet, three, became a student there.

Parents and teachers claim the paparazzi are robbing kids of a peaceful arrival and some worried parents claim they’ve been physically and verbally abused by the snappers, with one alleging her four-year-old was almost run over by a ruthless pap.

Santa Monica City Council member, Richard Bloom, is now leading a movement to create school buffer zones, where the paparazzi cannot stand.

Bloom, an attorney, told the Los Angeles Times: “If this were an isolated thing that had happened once or twice, I wouldn’t be spending my time on it.”

The councillor reveals he has spoken with Garner and Affleck about their concerns for little Violet: “They expressed to me that they understand this is a part of their lives that they have to accept, but it’s not something that other people should have to experience.”

Lily Allen wins court order against paparazzi

Pop star has won a court order that bans paparazzi shutterbugs from harassing her. The British singer has for long said that she is sick and tired of the many paparazzi who constantly follow her and make life hell for her.

Just a couple of days ago there were pictures in the press showing Lily hitting, kicking & punching a photographer who had got into the back her car just so that he can follow the singer to her destination. That irked the singer and she went into a no holds bar attack.

This incident made her move to the court to get an injunction against such paparazzi getting anywhere close to her.  Wow that’s something I hear now, she assaults a photographer and the poor fellow cannot do anything instead this crazy gal get the court order.

I think I’m getting to old to understand how the court of justice goes about their business. Can someone tell me when is there going to be a jail especially created to house some of these maniacs that we allow to be a part a civilized society. Most of them can be put inside being behaving like hooligans yet we choose to adore their antics.

May be we need to be treated instead!

I Love You Tara Reid!!!

I have started to adore the beautiful babe Tara Reid, who is trying her best to tan her skin.

The “American Pie” actress was once again seen on the Miami Beach, Florida laughing and soaking while tanning her soft skin.

She was wearing one of the sexiest bikini tops I have seen in months.

Tara Reid was wearing a white beaded top which is the part of Mantra Swimwear. It was a gorgeous and elegant bikini top which was trying its best to hold the wonderful, round and firm breasts of the hottie but could not succeed.

Her cool breasts were still hanging down from the bikini top and she was looking sexier than ever (See photo).

While speaking of the Mantra, she lately told, “I have a clothing line coming out called Mantra by Tara Reid. It’s like the book ‘The Secret’ — the whole line is about colors.”

She is definitely hotter than sun itself!!!

Ginger Spice is a MILF

Despite being in her mid to late 30s and having a daughter, the lady more famously known as Ginger Spice is definitely a MILF. Geri Halliwell got into a little bikini for a photo shoot in the new issue of Hello magazine. Geri says that she hasn’t been willingly photographed in a bikini for years. It’s been seven years to be exact. She adds “People think I’m really confident but I do get self-conscious like many women about stripping off in public. I haven’t been willingly photographed in a bikini for seven years – and I don’t think I’ll do it again. At the moment, I’m a bit curvier, having done the tour, so it was a big mental step forward for me to show my natural self, rather than my worked-out, honed self.” Curvy looks really good on her though so she should flaunt it.

Lindsay Lohan: Sam and I are in love

Lindsay Lohan has confirmed her gay relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson is the real deal. The couple have become inseparable since the turn of the year but have never gone on record to say they are an item – until now.

Speaking at her 22nd birthday celebrations, Li-Lo lavished praise on her special someone. Lindsay said: “I just wanna live a happy healthy year, continue on the path that I’ve been on and be with the person I care about. And my family.”

Samantha has since posted a picture of the couple kissing on her MySpace page.

Billy Ray Still Not Over Vanity Fair

While the rest of the world is most likely over the issue, Billy Ray Cyrus still isn’t stopping from slinging some nastiness at Annie Leibovitz and Vanity Fair over the controversial shots of Miley Cyrus. He actually compared the situation to stomping in poop. Ok. When ‘Today’s’ Meredith Vieira asked him where he was when the shot was taken, he apparently had more important things to do than look after his daughter. See, if he had been there, something could have been done to prevent the whole scandal from happening. So really, isn’t he the one who’s supposed to take the blame?

Miley’s Apology

Miley Cyrus and her parents are most likely getting some heat from Disney due to her topless shoot for Vanity Fair. While the 15-year old teen star has been quiet on leaked pictures of her in provocative poses, she is speaking out on her magazine photos. Miley said “I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be ‘artistic’ and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed. I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about.” If you get to read the mag, she says otherwise. Disney was also critical of the magazine saying “Unfortunately, as the article suggests, a situation was created to deliberately manipulate a 15-year-old in order to sell magazines.”

Boy and Girl twins for Jennifer Lopez and hubby Marc Anthony

Jennifer Lopez and hubby Marc Anthony are the proud new parents of twins – a boy and a girl.

The Latina star gave birth this morning in Long Island, New York. The girl was born at 12.12am and weighed 5lb 7oz and the boy followed at 12.23am, weighing 6lbs.

J-Lo’s manager, Simon Fields, said: “Jennifer and Marc are delighted, thrilled and over the moon.”

People magazine have reportedly paid the couple $6 million for the photo rights.

Lindsay Lohan Channels Marilyn Monroe for Nude Shoot

I’m not sure who decided that Lindsay Lohan was the next Marilyn Monroe, but someone chose her to recreate Marilyn’s famous nude photo spread for Bert Stern. Stern himself took the photos of Lindsay between the sheets.

Linsday, who is 21, took the place of then 36 year old Marilyn. Lindsay said, “I was comfortable with [being nude].”

Umm, it’s a good thing, considering we’ve seen it all before!

The stars are really showing their support for the Presidential candidate of their choice and they’re doing it in their own special way. Music producer and Black Eyed Peas member will.i.am wrote a song called ‘Yes, We Can’ which was inspired by Senator Barack Obama’s speech after the New Hampshire primary. Jesse Dylan, son of the legendary Bob Dylan, worked with Will to create an inspiring music video for the song.

Wino is Back to Black

The creature which was known as Albino Wino has gone away as the brunette version of Amy Winehouse reemerged on Tuesday night in London. And yes, the beehive was back too – unfortunately. But I can say that it’s much better than her frizzy blonde do. Thankfully, there was no crack pipe in sight when paparazzi caught up to the singer. She was accompanied by her father on the day that shocking pictures were published showing her smoking crack and snorting cocaine. I wonder what daddy dearest thinks of that. But if the past is anything to go by, he’s telling her to go to rehab but she says ‘no, no,no’.

Gwyneth Paltrow Hospitalized

Monday morning Gwyneth Paltrow jogged through the park, seemingly healthy. That afternoon, however, she was checked into the hospital for an unknown illness.

According to people on the scene, she was pushed into the hospital by husband Chris Martin. Witnesses said she was slumped over in her wheelchair. Later that day, a bag of organic food was sent to the hospital for her from Organics Avenue. People from the store said, “She’s doing our five-day live-food fast.”

They later explained that it wasn’t actual fasting. “She’s eating salads, there’s juices. There’s actually quite a bit of food there, it’s just all raw and organic.”

Her rep has chosen not to comment at this time, simply saying it was a personal matter.

Lily Allen will make him Smile

For those mothers or mothers to be out there; we all know how worried we are about getting a decent figure back post-natal. And I suspect it is probably especially worse for those celebs out there who are constantly in the spotlight being snapped night and day and being criticized by the press.

So we can’t blame our Lily Allen for making the most of her top bod before the baby blooming begins. She was spotted in naughty underwear shop Agent Provocateur in London at the weekend, thumbing through the naughties.

Mum-to-be was probably searching for something to put a smile on fella Ed Simons’ face; perhaps warm him up over the chilly Christmas period.

Idol Nigel Lythgoe on Britney

Britney Spears may be the biggest news in pop music, albeit, it’s not in good light. And it may very well be the reason why American Idol wants no part of her as far as head honcho Nigel Lythgoe is concerned.

Lythgoe told Us that “I would have had Britney Spears last year when I thought she was trying to get it all back together again. Britney, at this moment in time, I don’t think is well enough to do anything … I think she needs to pull herself together. [Spears] is an exceptionally talented girl but needs taking care of right now.”

Matthew McConaughey Gets Stitched

Reps confirm that Matthew McConaughey suffered an accident while training for his upcoming role in The Grackie.

Matt was in fight training and ended up cutting his face. The injury required stitches.

The new movie is a comedy about a “fighter for hire”. Matthew’s character “hires himself out for $250 to settle disputes for people who can’t afford a lawyer.”

Maybe the movie will have us in stitches…..

Wheelin’ Through Spice Atlantic – Spice Girls

Emma Bunton’s foot injury that she suffered at a concert in Las Vegas on Tuesday is throwing a wrench into the Spice Girls’ comeback plans. But as they say, the show must go on – even if it hurts.

Along with the show, promos are also going on. The ladies plus Emma’s crutches posed for photos at London’s Heathrow airport on Thursday as they christened the opening of the new Virgin Atlantic terminal. Emma got around by being pushed in a wheelchair.

But not all promo dates have been made, as Emma’s injured ankle has forced the band to pull out of a TV performance on the day of their first London show. I’m sure she was just asked to take it easy.

Pamela Anderson Says No Reality TV

Despite her love for the cameras, Pam says she’s not signed up to star in a reality show with her husband Rick Solomon. Rumors were flying that they were going to allow us to watch their newlywed life. Umm, as if I want to?!She says on her website that she’s toyed with the idea, only to show people what it is like to be in a Vegas stage production and create a show. Pamela has been starring in Han Klok’s magic show in Sin City. One thing’s for sure, though – she’d never include her children.

She says this, “The choices I have to make now are about quality of life. And meaning: Not about money or fame for no good reason.”

Ricki Lake says No Romance with John Mayer

So John Mayer (creepily) admitted to having a crush on the former talk show hostess, and apparently she had one on his as well. As for blossoming romance, Ricki says there is none.

She says, “I swear to God, there is no story….I wish there was actually something to tell. There was nothing.”

Ricki says the two met at a party, talked briefly, and exchanged cell phone numbers. Ricki now jokes that she has no hope with him now that the media’s overblown things. “The media blew my chances!”

John Mayer, who was dating Jessica Simpson earlier this year, has reportedly been dating Minka Kelly of Friday Night Lights fame.

Hayden Speaks Out About Body Image

While speaking at The Weather Channel’s Forecast Earth Summit, Hayden Panettiere took a minute to address the pressures young girls face regarding body issue. She made mention of the unflattering remarks made about Jennifer Love Hewitt’s bikini photos.

“Did you see TMZ the other day where I bent over and they took a picture of me, and there was a whole converstaion on whether I had cottage cheese thighs or not? It makes me feel awful. I’m sorry, but no woman looks good under overhead lighting. It was not good lighting.” she said.

Hayden blames remarks like these for causing girls to become obsessed with body issues. “I’m a teenage girl and I have the same body issues. There are parts of my body that I do not mind, and there’re parts of my body that I absolutely can’t stand. And I don’t need somebody pointing them out to me, because trust me, I know they’re there. You don’t need to tell anyone else about it. It doesn’t need to be strewn across a magazine. It’s my business. And the fact that you don’t have anything better to talk about than my thigh fat is absolutely absurd. It just goes to show you the pathetic people in this world.”

Wino Mystery

Amy Winehouse is moving. The troubled singer is leaving her flat in London’s Camden and moving her stuff to a new apartment in Bow in East London. And as she was in the process of moving earlier this week, photographers snapped some pictures capturing a suspicious looking bag in the singer’s trunk.

The bag looked like it was filled with a mound of white powder. Well, that’s not mysterious. It’s probably cocaine. Didn’t she do a line during one of her concerts? And if that wasn’t bad enough, Pete Doherty showed up at Amy’s new place around 4 AM on December 4. Are they doing lines together now?
