Lindsay Lohan’s house assaulted

It seems that Lindsay Lohan’s home in Los Angeles was the scene of an attempted burglary recently. An alarm went off at her property and police were called to investigate. An officer had this to say about the incident: “It was an attempted burglary. No property was taken. There was evidence that someone tried to get in her house, but there’s no evidence that they actually got inside or removed any of her property.” It looks like Lindsay Lohan should really consider going to London now… maybe that was the whole purpose of this little event: simply to give her a small nudge in a certain direction.

Eddie not Weddie

Eddie Murphy breathed a sigh of relief after it emerged that his whirlwind wedding to film producer, Tracey Edmonds was not legal. The Shrek star has called off the “proper” ceremony they had been planning in Tinsletown; confessing their marriage had hit the buffers since they returned to LA.

The couple tied the knot in a romantic New Year’s beach ceremony on a private island off Bora Bora in the South Pacific. However it later emerged that they should have lived there for a month to make the marriage legal under Polynesian law. Only couples that marry in the town hall in front of the mayor are exempt from the 30-day residency rule.

Murphy, who split from his first wife in 2006 after 12 years, refused to comment. It is said he claimed not to be ready for the commitment in the first place and considers the whole situation a ‘lucky escape’.

Hayden Panettiere is NOT Lindsey Lohan

You see her face everywhere these days. The paparazzi love to catch her. But they won’t catch her acting like some other female celebs these days.

Hayden Panettiere wants to make it clear that she’s in a different class. “For God knows what reason, they compare me with Lindsey Lohan, ” she says. She wants to prove otherwise.

Hayden wants to show a better image to young women who she knows will look up to her. She says, “I think that, now more than ever, young girls need a good role model.” She hopes she can be that good role model.

Britney’s Botched Lip

Court cases, failed drug tests, hitting parked cars, running over paps and a policeman are seemingly not enough of a bad rep for Britney Spears. Now, she’s also sporting around what looks like a botched lip job.

The pop wreck was spotted driving and texting in Beverly Hills on Wednesday with what looks like red, inflamed and infected-looking lips. Either Dr. Jan Adams worked on her too or her lipstick got mixed with poison ivy somehow.

While we can blame Restylane injections for her lips, who or what can we blame for the bad skin and ugly nails? Get yourself together Brit!

Kanye West’s Mother Passes Away

Rapper Kanye West is in mourning after his mother Dr. Donda West suddenly passed away in Los Angeles on Sunday. The 30-year-old was in London when he heard the tragic news and immediately ditched his commitments to catch a plane back to the U.S., according to reports. I am sorry to hear that Kanye’s mother has passed on but knowing that they had such a close relationship, I hope will give him some comfort to help him during this time. I will keep him and his family in my prayers tonight. Also he should derive strength from the fact that since he and his mother shared a close relationship, he should remember the good times and feel happy that he had the blessings of god that he had the chance to spend good time with her even after becoming famous or else most celebrities forget their parents and lead a life away from them.

Britney’s Lawyer Fights For Brit In Court

Since Britney only has limited visitation rights, why should she be required to undergo drug test when she is not seeing the kids? Why is she required to standby 24/7 * 7 days for drug testing? Can anyone be always on standby 24/7 * 7 days, not even to mentioned just for drug testing? Are the judge and attorneys on 24/7 * 7 days for their client? Is a judge passing a ridiculous ruling and allow Mr Kfred and his attorney to abuse the court for personal financial gains again? Britney also has her own life to lead, move on from her disastrous divorce and deserves to be happy not just for the kids. Does any parents out there really dedicated their whole life for their kids to expect Britney to do that? Is Britney the goddess to set that example? The judge should slammed Mr Kfred and his attorney for using the court time and again, to humiliate an individual causing unnecessary stress, wasting court time for personal financial gains!

Jessica Simpson Honors Country Star

Jessica Simpson was at the 2007 CMT Giants Tribute event in Los Angeles on Thursday where she helped to honor legendary country star Hank Williams Jr. The CMT Giants franchise started last year when they honored Reba McEntire for her stellar career.

This year’s tribute featured performances by Tim McGraw, Brad Paisley, Kid Rock, Gretchen Wilson, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Buddy Guy. Jimmy Kimmel and Terry Bradshaw were also there to present.

Jessica may end up getting honored one day as she plans to release a country album in the near future. Lord help country. At the very least she’s getting some help from the likes of Willie Nelson and not Bobby Brown.

Britney and Kevin Got Along Just Fine

Of course it went well. Deep down, Britney is still hoping for reconciliation. She loves that man, and values his opinion. It really is too bad that he was greedy it didn’t work out. i think all this talk of her having ADHD is just her docs wanting to put a label on her “condition” so they can prescribe her more drugs. Home girl is heartbroken, and doesn’t know how to raise kids on her own (like she wants so desperately to do) she doesn’t want to need anyone, but she does. We all need help. She’s lost and been stripped of the one thing she felt was real – her love for this man. But, in the end, shit happens and you HAVE to regain control of your life, regain your individuality, for yourself and your children. If you don’t – you will just end up being a product of your surroundings. a la taco bell, starbucks, bad weaves, cigarettes, cars, paparazzi…. WHERE’S YOUR VALUE BRIT? Where’s the meaning in your life? What matters to you? Figure that out and build from there. Everything else is superfluous and will pass in time.

More Star Homes Evacuated

What is it with stars not being in their own home? But I guess it’s a somewhat fortunate incident that they’re not there during a state of emergency.

Country music star and Malibu resident Tanya Tucker wasn’t in Malibu during the wild brush fire. She was currently in Las Vegas but she did take time to call in to KCOP-TV in Los Angeles. Apparently, her 18-year old daughter was in the house and had to be evacuated from the home along with their four dogs. Her daughter told her that the scene was “very chaotic”.

Tanya goes on to say that all her stage clothes were in the house and that firemen had been “dumping water on our house” to try and salvage it.

Britney Spears Gets Kids Back

Britney Spears has regained visitation privileges with her two sons. Great. She’s free to be a bad mother again until she gets stripped of those privileges within the next week.

The perennial law breaker who recently had all visitation privileges stripped after a complete disregard of judge’s orders was seen driving around the Studio City section of Los Angeles on Saturday with her kids along with a court-appointed monitor.

Does this mean she got another drug test already which means she actually answered her phone? Gee, how much special treatment can one person get? They should just test her everyday!

Oops! She Did it Again

She got her kids’ visitation suspended for not getting in contact with the drug testing people and now she’s reportedly stood up her parenting coach. Does Britney Spears get off on antagonizing the law as much as she can?

Sources say that the troubled pop star had a scheduled time to meet the coach a few days ago at her Malibu home. The coach got there but there was no Britney in sight. Some sources are also saying that it was the coach who phoned in to ask the Commissioner to suspend the home visits presumably because it’s going nowhere.

It’s safe to say that Britney doesn’t listen to anyone.

Britney Spears really doesn’t want to see her kids

Britney Spears has had all her visitation rights suspended because she won’t comply with court orders. Apparently she failed to give the drug testing people contact information so they could reach her for random tests, so the LA County Commissioner took away all her visitation rights. Wouldn’t most people be embarrassed if the state decided they were to stupid to raise their own children? Wouldn’t most people care about their own children? You know it’s kind of gone beyond making fun of Brit for being pathetic, now I am actually beginning to hate her to the point that I hope she develops painful cervical cancer (which is gonna happen anyway cause there is no way she doesn’t have HPV by now) and slowly dies alone. That or chokes on a ham sandwich and dies in a pool of her own feces. Either or. It’s not like the judge is asking her to find Noah’s Ark. All Britney has to do to see her kids is basically give the drug testing people a name and a phone number. Well again it’s her life and she is in control of her actions.

Britney Spears Passed Drug Test

Good news for Britney Spears as she passed the drug test she took this past weekend. That is great news for Britney, her family and her kids. Maybe now she will start to act a little normal. It kills me the way people seem to think that just because she finally takes a drugs test (just 1 so far), and has a visit with a parenting coach (just 1 so far), she is just wonderful. Ok I want be so critical either and yes these are small baby steps to a possible recovery. After the way she has behaved, I hope the judge displays better judgment than the bloggers, paps and so-called fans. She is still a train wreck and her kids need to be protected by being kept at a distance. But I still think that she has a long way to travel before she can be confirmed as a normal human being. But that’s the way it goes, small baby steps in a positive directions and then there will be some negative news set backs too but overall there needs to more of good news and less of bad news and she may some day recover.

Ha-ha, making all those unreal and lies in all his movies and then asking the screenplay writer to makes scenes in which the hero gets away or the bad guy gets away with telling a lie and bombarding which tallest American building and then stealing $140 billion of the coffers. This where he got the thought that if he could do it in his movies and the crowds love those scenes then he too could get away with telling lies to the FBI agents. He couldn’t realize that there exist a vast difference between reel life and real life. Four months will teach him something about real life and the FBI too.

Mary-Louise Parker Adopts a Child from Africa

Mary-Louise Parker has adopted a baby girl from Africa, her reps confirmed exclusively
Parker, who was nominated for two Emmy awards Sunday night, was spotted with her new daughter over the weekend as they traveled to the show.

“Mary-Louise is such an incredible mom,” says a source. “She couldn’t be happier about this.”

The actress’s reps declined to reveal any more information about the adoption.

Parker, 43, also has a 3-year-old son, Will, with actor Billy Crudup, 39. The couple split before Will was born. Parker, who also starred on “The West Wing” and “Angels in America” was nominated for two Emmys this year — Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for “Weeds” and Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries or Movie for “The Robber Bride.”

Like wouldn’t it be common sense to think that if she were so desperate to have a child then she would have done it with the proper planning and the right person. Jeri Ryan Expecting a Baby

Jeri Ryan, who wed French chef Christophe Emé in the Loire Valley in June, is expecting a baby,”She is thrilled about the new addition and they are very, very happy,” says her rep, David Lust. “They are beyond excited and are beaming from ear to ear.”

Although she does not yet know the gender of her child, Ryan is due in March 2008. She also has a 12-year-old son, Alex, from a previous relationship.

At their wedding, Ryan and Emé exchanged vows before about 120 guests at a castle in Eme’s hometown outside Angers, France.

Ryan, 39, returns to the CBS drama Shark; the second season premieres on Sept. 23. Outside of acting, Ryan and Eme own the Hollywood French restaurant Ortolan.

Grey’s Anatomy’s Kate Walsh Marries Movie Executive

Grey’s Anatomy’s Kate Walsh married movie executive Alex Young on Saturday,

Walsh, 39, wore a custom-made Monique Lhuillier wedding gown as she and Young, 36, exchanged vows at the Ojai Presbyterian Church in the town of Ojai north of Los Angeles. A gospel choir sang “Bless the Broken Road” by Rascal Flatts at the beginning of the ceremony.

Among the about 100 guests were Grey’s costars Katherine Heigl, Chandra Wilson, Sara Ramirez and Justin Chambers, as well as the show’s creator Shonda Rhimes. Also attending were actress Kate Beckinsale and her director husband Len Wiseman.

A lavish reception was scheduled to follow at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa’s Casa Elar, a Spanish-style estate where guests enjoyed a sit-down dinner.

Wedding planner Jo Gartin of Love Luck and Angels had decorated the estate with hundreds of candles for an intimate atmosphere.

Walsh met Young, a production co-president at 20th Century Fox, in February and they were engaged three months later.

“I know – I’m literally living the dream,” Walsh told PEOPLE at the time. “But you know when you know. I was not expecting it, so it’s kind of amazing.”

Walsh is now starring in a Grey’s spinoff on ABC called Private Practice.
