After it was confirmed that he would support a mini concert on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards, Drake wants to bring his friend Lil Wayne on stage too. “It would be too awesome. It would be spectacular. To have the whole gang here … Nobody would know about it. We simply show up… Or maybe we can get him out of prison for one day, even if it means that he has to wear his overalls from prison” said drake for MTV. It is not known yet how Drake wants to remove Wayne from prison, but if he’ll succeed, it will certainly be a great moment at VMA. Lil Wayne was sentenced in March to 12 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to charges of illegal possession of weapons.

And why couldn’t he… after all, it seems like there’s a new wave of semi-amateur or semi-pro rappers coming out these days. Ryan Phillipe recently said the following about his rapping abilities to Men’s Health Magazine: “I rap really well. I can sound like Lil Wayne or Ludacris. I’m dead serious…I can spit!” He even shows us how easy it actually is: all it takes is spitting. Still, Ryan Phillippe might want to find some other term of comparison rather than Lil’ Wayne… after all, the man is still serving time. Ludacris might be a good choice, but there is room for improvement. Surely Ryan Phillippe’s salivary glands are up to the task.
