He is apparently not happy with Madonna’s outburst in her Boston concert where she dedicated the song ‘Miles Away’ and called out Guy for being emotionally retarded. Poppa Ritchie said “She’s being beastly. She is saying, ‘Did you ever love me?’ It goes back to a time when she fell off her horse and she’s blaming him for that. She’s calling him an emotional retard. When he’s being bashed by her it’s horrid.” I think this will just egg Madonna on to say more so I hope that’s all that Pops had to say. But then again, let the Madonna bashing continue!

Although David Duchovny and his cute wife tried to pull together but there’s darkness ahead.

Purportedly, while guy Ritchie is concerned about his children’s future, ‘The Material Girl’ celebrated after her Boston show by reserving an entire floor of the Ritz Carlton for her tour members to party all night.

Ritchie is a concerned father and wants a division of the couple’s properties and a lump sum amount in divorce deal, but more importantly he wants the possession of his 8-year-old son, Rocco.

A source close to Guy Richie told the press, “The idea that he [Rocco] will be across the Atlantic from Guy most of the time is tearing him [Ritchie] apart.”

It is really tough for the kids to adjust, isn’t it? Let the time decide whether the little Rocco will grow up as a charming English lad or a funky youngster in United States.

Pink saws down a tree bearing a love heart containing her and estranged husband Carey Hart’s names in her new music video.

The singer - real name Alecia Moore - is seen attacking the tree branded with a heart saying ‘Alecia and Carey’ in the video for her new single ‘So What’.

Lyrics to the track include: “I guess I just lost my husband. I don’t know where he went. So I’m gonna drink my money. I’m not gonna pay his rent (nope)… I hate marriage. I don’t need you and guess what, I’m havin more fun. And now that we’re done, I’m gonna show you tonight I’m alright. I’m just fine.”

Pink’s new song is likely to come as a shock to motocross racer Carey, who recently admitted he was hoping to reconcile with the singer.

Her spokesperson, Liz Rosenberg, told People that, “Madonna’s husband Guy arrived in New York last night to be with his wife and family, not in a last ditch effort to save his marriage which does not need saving. There are no plans for Madonna and Guy to divorce.”

She also said the rumors of Madonna’s alleged affair with Yankees star Alex Rodriguez are false. She says, “Madonna and Alex have the same manager, Guy Oseary. They have met. They know each other and Madonna took her kids to a Yankees game last week. There’s not really anything to comment on beyond that.”

Christie Brinkley’s lawyers proposed to keep the courtroom open to the public for her divorce hearing from Peter Cook. He wants it closed.

The trial is expected to be phenomenal. Christie supposedly is going to be showing info about Peter’s interest in internet porn and swinger sites. She wants it to be public to help insure the truth comes out. He wants it closed to protect their kids, Jack and Sailor.

It is being reported that the flames between 50 Cent and his ex Shaniqua Tompkins have been flying even before the fire at his house. A source reveals that at the end of a long day of depositions earlier this week, things got very heated at Tompkins’ lawyer’s office and that someone in the rapper’s entourage went nuts and trashed the office. That led to a police report being filed as the action spilled out onto the streets of lower Manhattan where 50 and Shaniqua had a very public argument. When Tompkins was deposed later that week, the session had to be held at State Supreme Court for security reasons.

Sir Paul McCartney officially became a free man on Monday when a High Court judge officially terminated his union with Heather Mills. The judge pronounced a ‘decree nisi’ on the grounds that the couple has been separated for two years. Both parties were not in court to hear the declaration and their lawyers refused to comment after exiting the courtroom. Heather is now able to claim the $50 million she was awarded as part of the divorce settlement. He may officially be a free man but he’s losing a chunk of change he could use on a party to celebrate.

After splitting with husband Russell Simmons in March 2006, Kimora Lee finally files for divorce in an L.A. court. She cites “irreconcilable differences” and asks for custody of the couple’s daughters, Ming, age 8, and Aoki, age 5. She does request that Russell be given “reasonable child visitation…to be accompanied at all times by the children’s nanny and security personnel.”

It has been rumored that Kimora is pregnant with her boyfriend Djimon Hounsou. She says, “I’m in the paper every single week…lies upon lies upon lies.”

A federal judge ruled today that there is no reason to move Britney’s case to federal court. He rejected the civil rights challenge in regards to her conservatorship case. Instead, he allowed her father Jamie Spears to continued to maintain control of her estate.

U.S. District Judge Philip Gutierrez also sent a challenge to Jon Eardley who claims to be Britney’s representation. “Mr. Eardley fails to explain why he can bring this claim for her in the first instance. He cannot. Mr. Eardley had no authority to remove the case from state court. He is neither a party or a defendant. While he claims to be Ms. Spears’ attorney, the probate court…found that she was incapable of retaining her own counsel.”
