Rocker Eddie Van Halen is finally going to remarry. The 53-year old music icon has proposed to his 38-year old girlfriend, publicist Janie Liszewski. Apparently, when the rocker and his gal were vacationing in Hawaii this summer, he took her to a private room at a Tiffany’s store and popped the question. How very much like ‘Sweet Home Alabama’. A source says “They are happy, healthy, very much in love and looking forward to living life together forever. They are devoted to each other and to experiencing life in a whole new, positive and passionate way.” The source also says that the couple plans to marry next June.

Kate Moss is planning to marry her rocker lover at London’s Claridge’s hotel.
The catwalk beauty, who started dating The Kills guitarist Jamie Hince last August , was seen picking up wedding brochures at the plush venue sparking rumours she plans to hold her nuptials there followed by a lavish reception in one of the many decadent ballrooms.
A source said: “Kate looked radiant when she came by to pick up the wedding brochures. She has the air of a woman who is loved and looked after.” Kate regularly visited Claridge’s when she was dating Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty.
However, since their split last July, she has favoured London’s Dorchester hotel, where she held her 34th birthday party earlier this month. The source added: “It was generally assumed Claridge’s was a bolthole for her and Pete and she wouldn’t be back again, so you can image the buzz when she showed up.”
Kate reportedly proposed to Jamie during a 12-hour lovemaking marathon just a month after they started dating. When the couple emerged from their night of passion, Kate allegedly told friends, “We’re engaged.

I am very pleased to have some happy news at this time of year. All around us is drug abuse, machete attacks and under-age pregnancies but in the midst of it all some people are still living normal lives.
Black Eyed Peas singer, Fergie, has announced her engagement to long-term boyfriend Josh Duhamel. Despite previously stating she was in no rush to get married as she already felt like she and Josh were married, it has been confirmed that the couple got engaged ‘recently’ but no one will reveal whether ‘Las Vegas’ star Josh popped the question on Christmas Day.
How romantic. The couple have been dating for three years and Fergie was recently quoted saying “We’re practically married. I’m madly in love with him. He understands how to treat a woman and gives me respect.”
