Carrie Underwood seems to be ready to fully commit to her relationship with her boyfriend Mike Fisher. Sources close to the couple say that the hockey player has asked the country singer to move in with him up in Canada and she said yes! There’s one small snag in the plan though. The American Idol alum is on the road a lot so she had to let him know that she can’t completely commit. However, a source said “She did clear out space in his closet and stocked his kitchen with her favorites!…They’re completely in love.” If that’s already gone on, I’m betting that marriage is not too far off.
It has recently been confirmed that Whitney Houston will be performing at the 2009 American Music Awards. The 46-year old singer will join other previously announced acts including Rihanna, Green Day, Shakira, Mary J. Blige, Daughtry, Keith Urban, Lady Gaga, Eminem, Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, Jennifer Lopez, The Black Eyed Peas, Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood and Adam Lambert. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – this is going to be one heck of a show! The 2009 AMAs will be broadcast live for the Nokia Theatre LA live on Sunday, November 22 at 8-11PM on ABC. Voting for the winners is still currently open.
The stunning Carrie Underwood has promised that she will not tease Jessica Simpson in future.
Lately the former “American Idol” Carrie Underwood made Jessica Simpson mad by making a statement that her former boyfriend Tony Romo still calls her months after their split.
Miss Underwood recently said, “It was something that was said in passing, and I would never mean to say anything to hurt anybody or stir up anything, because I’m just not about drama…at all.”
She is also the cover girl of Elle magazine for December.
A couple of months ago, in August Underwood said that her phone rings “and it’ll be [Romo], and I’ll maybe not answer.”
The allegation was quickly denied by Jessica Simpson, with whom Tony Romo was dating at that time, saying, “I looked at his call log.”
