I hate Valentine’s Day, says Kutcher

Ashton Kutcher says he hates Valentine’s Day.

The Hollywood hunk, who is married to actress Demi Moore, says he’s never liked the most romantic day of the year ever since he was spurned by a girl from his schooldays.

“I hate Valentine’s Day,” Kutcher said. “There was this girl who sat in front of me who had the prettiest super-long hair. I was absolutely infatuated with her.”

Kutcher said he gave the girl a very direct Valentine’s Day card, which read “Kiss Me”.

He said: “The tragedy was that she didn’t get the point and I never got kissed.”

But the star, who will appear as a florist in the upcoming film Valentine’s Day, doesn’t hate the sentiment of the holiday that is celebrated every February 14.

“I think every day should be a day of romance,” Kutcher said. “Then, on Valentine’s Day, you should get to tell whoever you hate that you cannot stand them. There would be one day of hating, and 364 days of love.”

Rumer Willis says girls don’t like her

Rumer Willis reckons that girls don’t like her.

The actress, daughter of A-listers Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, said that she had always got on better with men.

And she said her Sorority Row co-stars, including Audrina Patridge, were her only gal-pals.

She said: “The girls are probably my only girlfriends in LA now. Girls don’t like me very much – I’m not sure why.

“I’ve always gotten along better with guys.”

She added: “You do a movie with some girls, then later you’re all auditioning for the same parts and it starts getting catty, but we’re all unbelievably supportive of each other.”

Rumer, 21, said she was far from being a wild child.

She told Now magazine: “I’m such a stay at home Betty Crocker! I’ve started baking pies. It’s fun and I figure I’ve got to learn to cook at some time in my life.”

Speaking of her relationship with her stepdad Ashton Kutcher she said: “I respect him and regard him as a parental figure. He’s unbelievably smart, a great guy.”

Demi Moore has denied she has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on plastic surgery.

For years, rumours have been swirling around Hollywood that the star had spent more than $200,000 to look so youthful.

But the 47-year-old mum of three has hit out at the rumours and insists: “It’s completely false – I’ve never had it done.”

Moore said: “I would never judge those who have. If it’s the best thing for them, then I don’t see a problem.

“But I don’t like the idea of having an operation to hold up the ageing process. It’s a way to combat your neurosis. The scalpel won’t make you happy.”

But Moore, who is married to actor Ashton Kutcher 31, revealed she did not rule out ever having surgery: “The day I start crying when I look at myself in the mirror might be the day when I’m less adamant about not having it done.

“For now, I prefer to be a beautiful woman of my age than try desperately to look 30.”

Susan, 47, sung the West End song I Dreamed a Dream on the show recently and has already become the favourite to win the show.

Demi’s husband Ashton Kutcher posted a link to a video of the performance with a message on his Twitter page saying: “This just made my night.”

Demi, 46, then posted her own message, replying to her husband, that said: “You saw it made me teary!”

But a show inside revealed the Hollywood couple have helped Susan become even more of a star as she is gaining worldwide fame.

A source on the show said to British newspaper The Sun: “Thanks to Demi’s Twitter posting, Susan is now a genuine global megastar. This is the stuff dreams are made of.”

The look of love is still evident between Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, even after three years of marriage. The two were recently spotted on the red carpet for the charity premiere of Demi’s new movie “Flawless”. Demi, who came in a bead-fringed gown with laces, only had eyes for Kutcher the whole time.

In her new movie, Demi plays a 60’s businesswoman who connives with the janitor (played here by Michael Caine) of the London Diamond Corporation out of sheer frustration and boredom because she was always bypassed for promotion. Expect Demi to be a lot older here with a British accent for authenticity. Those in the United States may have already seen the movie which is now only being shown in the United Kingdom.

A lot of people have predicted an early demise of Demi’s new relationship considering their age difference but it seems their detractors have been proven wrong. Demi, who said she enjoyed working with Caine, said she hopes that just like her co-star she will still be on top of her game when she turns 70!
