Amy Winehouse’s father Mitch Winehouse had to cancel a jazz concert in Scotland after getting sick in Spain. The constant media source to the train wreck of a singer turned musician is currently in the hospital waiting for his diagnosis. His rep said “It appears to be food poisoning or gastroenteritis. His manager is now on his way to see him in hospital.” Mitch was supposed to launch his tour with a concert in Edinburgh at The Living Room piano bar. I hope he gets well soon. Next time, he should be really careful what he puts in his mouth.
Amy Winehouse’s dad, Mitch Winehouse, apparently has an album out. The jazz album is made up of mostly covers but it does feature 4 original tracks. With his new music career, Mitch actually things that he has enough know-how to give Wino some tips. The wannabe singer said “I mean, if I became a huge success I’d have a retinue of hangers-on and I’d be able to order people around and I’d show Amy how to really be a diva…You know, I’d really show her how to do it. I mean my dressing room that they’ve got for me here today is like a broom closet and there’s no Jack Daniels or champagne in there. I think it’s an absolute disgrace. I’ll show Amy how to do it big time.”
It looks like Amy Winehouse’s breast implanting ways have finally caught up with her. After falling and injuring herself in the torso area Amy Winehouse ended up in the hospital. This is what a source related on the incident: “She’d had a few drinks. At first she thought she had broken something, so got her security to take her to hospital. The doctors were worried she might be concussed because she had a big bump on her head and a cut above her eye.” Hitting the hard stuff again, eh? And just when she had got back to work so seriously… Mark Ronson may end up being disappointed by Amy Winehouse once again.
Amy Winehouse is reportedly going back to the Caribbean to work but if I know, the British train wreck of a singer is going to be all about the parties. Wino is heading back to Jamaica for a well-earned break but she’s also been ordered to put the finishing touches on her next album. A source said “She’ll fly out next week. She is really excited about going back because she loves the Caribbean so much. But she’s been told it’s not a party. She has to work.” The last time Wino went to the Caribbean, she spent 8 months in St. Lucia. I have a feeling that this trip will be extended too.
Everyone’s British train wreck got off easy after being charged with assault at a Christmas show back in December. Amy Winehouse pleaded guilty to drunkenly assaulting a theater manager and the judge ordered the singer to pay 185 pounds to the victim as well as slapping her with a conditional discharge. While it seems that she got off easy, it could actually prove to be the hardest punishment for Wino as under the conditional discharge, she must avoid trouble with the law for 2 years of she will be punished further. I highly doubt that Wino would be on the straight and narrow for 2 years.
Following a few sessions of forced tanning which could probably be called “uninspired” at best, it seems Amy Winehouse decided to show the world the new her. Mitch Winehouse must have pleaded with her a lot recently to give up those foolish Blake Fielder-Civil ideas, so much so that it actually made Amy Winehouse turn into what her father always wished her to be: a pumpkin. Yes, Amy Winehouse is now probably the first orange female in our entire species. This is a new stage in evolution, friends! The world is indeed changing now as the orange people will steadily take over everything for themselves.
Amy Winehouse reportedly rowed with her goddaughter Dionne Bromfield for speaking out about her relationship with ex-hubby Blake Fielder-Civil.
Winehouse, 26, married Fielder-Civil, 31, in 2007 but they divorced earlier this year and have since been reunited.
It is claimed Bromfield, 13, posted messages on her Facebook page criticising Fielder-Civil and had online disputes with Winehouse’s family.
Winehouse then waded into the row, telling her goddaughter: “Dionne, adult relationships are adult relationships. And what are you doin up so late anyway? Too big for your boots.”
Fielder-Civil recently said in a newspaper interview that he has reunited with Winehouse and they are now engaged.

And that’s what Amy Winehouse is doing… but rather than say it herself, she had her father, Mitch Winehouse, say it for her: “Everything at the moment is under control. Sometimes – and I’m not talking about Amy – but sometimes other addictions come after another addiction. One of Amy’s positive addictions is she’s got her own gym. She’s in the gym three or four hours a day. I mean boy is she fit – really, really fit. So that’s a really positive addiction. But addictions can come in groups. It can be buying stuff, buying stuff that’s not necessary. She’s been through that as well. The whole process is one of recovery.” No, I think that’s what they call denial. How about it, doesn’t Amy Winehouse get an equally potent rush from a good jog as she did in the good old days?
As it was reported last month, British train wreck of a singer Amy Winehouse has launched her own record label called Lioness Records. The first artist on the label is Wino’s goddaughter 13-year old Dionne Bromfield from London. So what’s the good old godmother doing in order to get the kid some publicity? Wino’s first artist made her television debut this past Saturday on BBC1’s hit show ‘Strictly Come Dancing’. I wasn’t able to watch the show but apparently joining Dionne on stage was none other than Wino singing the backup vocals. Either that show was ok for Dionne or it turned out to be the most traumatic event in her life.
In order to assist with the new and calmer Amy Winehouse, the British singer is having her home in London redecorated in a much more peachy light. According to a source “Amy is dramatically changing her lifestyle in time for her big comeback – from her attitude and diet right down to her interior décor. She’s been obsessed lately with soft and floral furnishings, rose coloured sheets and fluffy pillows.” That’s good for her. It’s good to see that she’s finally moving forward and not backing down from living a clean and healthy life. I just hope that she really sticks to it this time.
An Amy Winehouse insider is adding fuel to the fire that the British singer is planning on making her current vacation spot, St. Lucia, a second home. The source told People magazine “She doesn’t need to come back to the U.K. for anything in particular. She will return at some point. But she’s getting everything she needs to do done in St. Lucia at the moment.” It surely wouldn’t hurt her music career as the source also adds “She can go into a studio over there if she wants. Her record company [Island] is in Jamaica, so it can be arranged.”
In a bid to keep secretive love relationship under complete raps ‘Rehab’ singer Amy Winehouse has moved to a completely new holiday apartment. She left Britain and landed for holidays in the Caribbean islands late last month and started dating a local hotel fitness instructor Andrew in St. Lucia and both are moved to a different holiday apartment to keep her new relationship private.
A source said “Amy has a habit of falling for guys very quickly. She’s head-over-heels with Andrew and doesn’t want anything coming in the way of their relationship.
“She initially left the hotel for a villa so she could have some privacy but now she’s moved again to ensure that no one will uncover what she’s getting up to.”
Well I think if she really loves that person she should come out in the open and speak and declare her love for that person, her husband has already initiated divorce filings against her so I think she should not fear anything now.
Blake Fielder-Civil the jailed husband of singer Amy Winehouse has said through his lawyer that he is filing for divorce on the grounds of the soul diva’s alleged infidelity.
In May of 2007 Winehouse and Fielder-Civil married each-other and just six months into marriage Blake was arrested for an assault. He was subsequently sentenced to 27 months in jail for beating up a bar manager and then offering him a bribe to keep quiet about it.
But in those six months Blake ruined Amy’s entire life, he introduced her to drugs in a way that she is now a complete addict so its good news for Amy and something she would have wished dearly at the start of the new year.
At last she will be well rid of him…she needs this new man in her life to be a god send angel. She requires him to teach her a different kind of life….she does have talent, but there has been a shadow over her success…I’ll bet that looser of a husband will try to get half of her money…for what??? I’m not a typical public schoolboy.” Even though they have become quite close, the two have very different lifestyles, as a source relates: “Josh hardly drinks, would not go near drugs and is a keep fit fanatic – but the two of them are having a blast.” Well, I think Blake’s strings have about come to an end. Even though they are still married, he’s in prison and she seems to be hitting it off. Such a tragic end to what could have been the glorious union of two passionate people.
If you forget about the fact that he didn’t even tell his wife Amy Winehouse that he was getting out of jail and heading to rehab a few weeks back and just think about his actions now, you would think that Blake Fielder-Civil is very much in love with his lady. From behind the walls of a rehab facility, the convict insisted last week that he wasn’t splitting with his Wino. He said that he will be forever in love with the singer. I bet he’s forever in love with her money. I get the feeling that Wino isn’t really feeling the same way. It’s not like she’s made any good efforts to see him since he went to rehab.
Amy Winehouse is devastated after finding out that her husband told a lady fried of his that he was leaving prison early to go into rehabilitation before giving the news to Amy. This might very well be the reason why Amy refused to pay her husband’s rehabilitation fee and is now in talks with her lawyers about getting a divorce. A source close to Amy stated: ” “It looks like it’s over but we’ve been here before. He’s talked her round plenty of times before.” Considering he needs her to pay his rehab bills, one would figure he’ll use his best tricks to make it so… looks like just another day filled with glamor and excitement in the world of stardom.
The famous, Amy Winehouse, who has a history of harming herself, is all set to earn an enormous sum of monstrous £500,000. She will be earning the gigantic amount to perform at a party at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute. She will be appearing for the party on 5 May 2008.
A source close to Amy revealed, “She hasn’t really taken it in – and keeps saying her life is getting more surreal by the second. She’s seriously considering their generous offer.”
The 24-year-old Amy Winehouse was photographed when she was leaving her home in London to visit her husband Blake Fielder-Civil in prison. She was clearly looking blotchy and bruised with long red scratches on her arm.

Amy Winehouse must have gotten just a little more crack happy these days as a new report from the UK says that Wino’s hubby Blake Fielder-Civil has been told that he may be getting out of jail by December 30 of this year if he stays clean. Good luck with that. Blake may even be let out next month for a weekend visit if he behaves himself and stays drug free. Again I say good luck with that. However, some people are still hoping that there will be no Wino reunion. Blake’s mom has supposedly pleaded with him to not go home to Amy. She says “We’re hoping that his probation officer will advise him to stay with us. If he’s linked with drugs on his weekend visit he will lose the right to come out early.”

Blake Fielder-Civil – who was sentenced to 27 months in jail last week for grievous bodily harm (GBH) and perverting the course of justice – believes the only way he and the troubled singer can quit drugs for good is to move away from the temptations that currently surround them.
Amy’s father Mitch said: “Blake totally gets it. He said to me, ‘We can’t carry on living in Camden. We need to move out to the country.’ If they do, they could have the most fantastic life together, with the full blessing of my family. Whatever happens, we won’t be where we are now in two years.”
Mitch, who has previously disapproved of Blake’s influence on his daughter, says he doesn’t blame him for his daughter’s drug use. He added: “He didn’t coerce her to take drugs in any way. I wish he had. Because if he had she would most likely have said, ‘I don’t want to do it.’”
Mitch’s comments come as Amy appeared to breakdown during a night out in London on Saturday. She reportedly sat on the floor sobbing outside a bar before lashing out at a minder who tried to help her, screaming: “F**k off and just leave me alone – that’s not the way I do things.”
She eventually got up and headed for a nearby club but stayed just 30 minutes. A source said: “She was in a terrible state. She left by the back door and went home in tears. She had a black coat over her head and a swollen hand. She looked awful, like her world is falling apart.”
