Michael Lohan ‘one hundred per cent denies’ attacking fiancee

Lindsay Lohan’s dad has angrily denied attacking his fiancee – and instead blames her for being “heavily intoxicated” during a row.
Michael Lohan was accused of threatening to kill fiancee Kate Major before kicking her in the face while calling her a “c***”.
But his lawyer insists he has never been violent with her, adding: “He expects to be fully vindicated.”
Lohan admits having a row with Major the day before his troubled daughter started her jail term.
But he insists that it was Major’s fault because she was intoxicated – and insists it never turned violent.
“Michael Lohan one hundred per cent denies each and every one of Kate Major’s allegations,” stated his lawyer, Lisa Bloom.
“He has never threatened to harm her, never assaulted her, and never physically abused her in any way.
“Kate was heavily intoxicated during the verbal argument. Michael Lohan has been clean and sober for six years.”
“Michael is fully co-operating with the police investigation. No charges have been filed.”
Major – who also filed a restraining order against him – had said that Lohan flew into the violent rage because she was threatening to leave him.
