DJ AM Lawsuit
Posted on Nov 17, 2009 under Music, Music Artist | No CommentDJ AM’s estate is suing for wrongful death against Clay Lacy Aviation, the company that chartered the plane that crashed in South Carolina which carried both DJ AM and Travis Barker. Additionally, they are suing Goodyear Tire, Learjet and the estates of both pilots who were killed in the crash. According to the lawsuit, they’re claiming wrongful death because the crash was the ultimate cause of the entertainer’s death. It also makes note that the DJ was forced to take drugs as a result of not only the burns he suffered from the crash but also to deal with emotional distress. I’m not so sure about all of this.
