Alice in Chains have just unveiled a “Making Of” video for the trippy “Check My Brain” video. Go behind the scenes with Jerry Cantrell and co. as they try and visually recreate the “Seasick” feeling of the “Check My Brain” riff with director Alex Courtes (U2 and White Stripes). The band has also released a live video of “Check My Brain” from their performance on the Jimmy Kimmel show on September 29th. The performance celebrated the release of the bands first new album in 14 years, Black Gives Way To Blue. The album is available everywhere now.

Between school, recording sessions, and her recent visit to Canada, singer/songwriter/actress Kate Voegele has certainly been busy lately! U2 Announces European Tour Dates for 2010
In the midst of the North American leg of their 360° Tour, U2 has announced their fall 2010 European Tour dates. The 12-stop tour will hit Germany, Denmark, Finland, Russia, Austria, Greece, Turkey, France, Spain, and Portugal. Tickets for many of the shows went on sale as early as this week, with more presales scheduled for October 5th-7th. Visit U2.com for all the information.

Ronnie Wood’s younger girlfriend Ekaterina is reportedly following in Ronnie’s wife Jo’s footsteps by going to make-up school.
Ekaterina Ivanova , 21, recently passed her “mocks”, and it is claimed she is following in Ronnie’s estranged wife Jo’s footsteps by making the move.
Jo, 54, set up her own organics range Jo Wood Organics in 2005, which features fragrance, bath and body care.
Ekaterina Ivanova said: “I’m not really so passionate about it. I just did it to kick myself up the a**e and start getting out of bed.”

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz has said that new co-star Heather Locklear is the “heart” of Melrose Place.
Ashlee, who recently turned 25, appears in the remake of the 1990s sitcom Melrose Place and the show’s original star Heather Locklear will reprise her role of Amanda Woodward.
Ashlee said: “She’s great. She’s fantastic. I really, truly believe that she’s part of the heart of the show. She’s so sweet and has a great energy, so it’s great to have her on the show.”
Ashlee is as keen as the viewers to see what Heather will do with her character Amanda in the revamped show.
She said: “I’m interested to see where her character goes. I think it will be fun, as we all are interested to see how our characters are going. She’s just fantastic and lovely to have around.”
