Madonna Pays Tribute to Michael Jackson
Posted on Jul 10, 2009 under Madonna, Michael Jackson | No CommentMadonna paid tribute to the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson, during her ‘Sticky and Sweet’ concert tour which was held at London’s O2 Arena this past Saturday. It was the same venue where Michael was supposed to stage his comeback. During Madonna’s performance, an impersonator doing Michael’s moonwalk hit the stage. The Queen of Pop then told the crowd “Let’s give it up for one of the greatest artists the world has ever known.” The crowd went wild at that. And why wouldn’t they? It’s a great celebration of Michael’s life to continue to honor his work and contributions to the music industry.
