Michael Jackson’s Will Left for Lawyers
Los Angeles judge Mitchell Beckloff has just ruled that Michael Jackson’s 2002 will is valid, at the expense of his mother, Katherine Jackson. As stated in the will, the King of Pop’s attorney, John Branca, and music executive John McClain will become the executors of the singer’s estate, estimated at $500 million. Katherine’s lawyers wanted to delay the decision in order to sway it in their favor, even suggesting that McClain was unfit to serve as executor due to an unspecified disability. They were practically grabbing at straws. I don’t understand why she’s complaining. Michael left 40% of his estate to her.
