Diddy is in debt and he is wanted by the IRS. The hip hop artist formerly known as Puff Daddy owes the IRS $7,373 in back taxes. Back in 2007, the producer turned rapper underpaid the federal tax for his Atlanta based Caribbean restaurant Justin’s after what Diddy’s people believe was an address snafu. Apparently, the IRS was mailing the business papers to an address that Diddy hasn’t used in almost 10 years. Upon finding out about the debt, the rapper has reportedly cut a check for the proper amount which should be received by the IRS soon. He probably spends more on gas and food everyday, it’s unlikely that he would deliberately skip out of paying that.
Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston is set to star in a new movie called Pumas, according to reports.
The 40-year-old actress will star in the movie, directed by Wayne McClammy, that centres around two women in their thirties who regularly date younger men.
The women then take a holiday in a French ski resort that challenges their expectations romantically.
Jon Gordon will produce along with Scott Z Burns and Kristin Hahn with Chris Moore and Barry Littman as executive producers.
Aniston has recently been filming Sony’s new movie Bounty Hunter and recently wrapped shooting on the indie comedy The Baster.
Police are said to be investigating Michael Jackson’s death for possible evidence of manslaughter. Dr. Conrad Murray, the King of Pop’s live-in doctor, who tried in vain to revive the singer in his home, has been interviewed by authorities but is yet to be considered a suspect. They did, however, raid the doctor’s clinic in Houston last week and seized several items. The doctor’s attorney says that “Based on Dr. Murray’s minute-by-minute and item-by-item description of Michael Jackson’s last days, he should not be a target of criminal charges.” We’ll see about that. The DEA is involved in the case, which could mean that they are looking for drugs that came out of state.

Russell Brand is reportedly planning to give away all his money as it doesn’t make him “happy”.
The 33-year-old comic has made his millions through his legendary stand-up shows, books, DVDs and through appearances in films Forgetting Sarah Marshall and the new movie Get Him To The Greek.
He said: “I’ve begun to realise that money and fame are meaningless. I used to be poor. The money does not make me happy.”
It is claimed he said he has thought about giving away all of his hard-earned cash.
The star will be seen hosting the MTV Video Music Awards 2009 later this year.
Frasier star Kelsey Grammer is expected to come face to face with the man convicted of killing his sister at a US parole hearing today.
Karen Grammer was killed at the age of 18 after she was abducted on July 1, 1975, outside a Red Lobster seafood restaurant after an attempted robbery.
She was raped and stabbed in the throat and back.
Freddie Glenn, 52, who is serving a life sentence for the killing, is now eligible for parole.
A Department of Corrections spokeswoman said Grammer plans to attend the hearing at the Limon Correctional Facility in Lincoln County, Colorado.
Colorado state law no longer allows parole for those sentenced to life in prison for first-degree murder.
But Glenn was convicted before the law changed, so it doesn’t apply to his case.
Grammer, 54, best known for his role as Dr Frasier Crane on TV sitcom Frasier, has previously vowed to speak on his sister’s behalf if her killer ever became eligible for parole.
Burlesque star Dita Von Teese has revealed she has a mystery admirer after her dinner bill was anonymously paid.
Dita, 36, admitted she was “stunned” by the generous act and posted a message on her Twitter page.
She said: “A huge thank you to the stranger who refused to be named that mysteriously paid my table’s dinner check tonight. Stunned. Random kindness.”
The dancer recently performed at Demi Moore and Bruce Willis’ daughter Scout’s 1920s-themed birthday party.
She later posted a message on her Twitter page: “Corset finally unlaced, stretched out in bed. If only I had a hammock. I would love to unlace and flop directly into a hammock on the beach.
“Maybe I should put a hammock in my dressing room. I would like to receive my aftershow guests while lying in my hammock, softly swinging…”
Michael Jackson tried to buy prescription stimulants in the Far East, one of his doctors has revealed.
During a trip to Japan in 2007 the King Of Pop asked a doctor to sell him ‘pep pills’ but was refused and told: “If you take these drugs you will be dead in three years.”
Dr Eugene Aksenoff – who runs Tokyo’s International Clinic – told the pop star the drugs could kill him.
Jackson had come to him on an earlier visit in 2000 asking for sleeping tablets, which Askenoff did prescribe.
Aksenoff, who was born in Russia, treated Jackson on four different occasions in Japan between 1996 until 2007.
On his last visit Jackson said he needed stimulants to get him through appearances during his visit.
Aksenoff refused to prescribe them telling him the drugs were addictive and potentially life threatening.
Aksenoff, 85, said: “I made it clear – no narcotics. I told him if he started taking them he would die from abusing drugs in three years.
“You take a little bit then you get used to it and need more and more. It is like suicide.
“He tried to convince me, saying we have a long enough history to trust each other, but I told him, ‘If you start using them, you cannot stop increasing the amount. They will kill you in three years.’
“He said he would pay for it, but I said it wasn’t about the money.”
Dr Aksenoff is the medical director of the International Clinic in central Tokyo.
He first met Jackson in 1996 at the star’s suite at the Capitol Tokyu Hotel.
“Jackson had a high fever and was dehydrated after a performance at Tokyo Dome wearing a tight-fitting and heavy costume,” Aksenoff said.
They met again two years later at the same hotel where Aksenoff again treated Jackson for a fever and dehydration.
Their third meeting took place in 2000 when Jackson’s two children – Prince and Paris – had high fevers.
After treating them Jackson signed a photo for the doctor, writing: “Dr Aksenoff, thank you for helping me.”
He then asked for sleeping pills.
“He asked for sleeping pills. I gave him Halcion, it’s a standard American sleeping pill. It was not so harmful – people sleep naturally because of the jet lag and dehydration. I didn’t know anything about Demerol until I heard the news from Los Angeles.
“He didn’t ask for Demerol and I didn’t give it to him.”
On the fourth occasion Aksenoff met Jackson in his suite at the Four Seasons Hotel when Jackson asked for stimulants
“I’m very proud I didn’t give them to him,” Aksenoff said.
“He wanted enough pep for the show. I told him I would give him vitamins but nothing of the narcotic type.”
Despite Jackson’s requests for drugs Aksenoff said he remained friends with the star and said he was an excellent father.
“I want people to know that he was so attentive to the children. When he brought them in and they were ill he cancelled his show the next day.
“It must have cost a lot of money but he loved the children very deeply.
“I don’t know his personal life but he was a very kind father.”
Kim Kardashian Twittered her way through a passport panic at an airport in South Africa, after losing her vital documents.
The 40-minute crisis occurred earlier today as reality-TV star Kim, 28, touched down in South Africa from the Republic of Botswana, where she had enjoyed a short charity trip with her younger sister Khloe and NFL star boyfriend Reggie Bush.
Soon after realising her passport was missing, Kim posted the message: “I lost my passport! I’m stuck in costumes [sic]! OMG! OK, breathe we are going back to the plane to check!”
Minutes later, after checking the aircraft, the glamour model wrote: “My passport is NOT on the plane! I’m literally going to cry!”
As the drama continued, frantic Kim called on her loyal followers for support.
“OK Twitterville I need your positive energy! Reggie is on his way to the plane to look again! Pray he finds my passport! Come on Bush!”
Thankfully, New Orleans Saints player Bush saved the day.
However, notoriously foul-mouthed Khloe, 25, couldn’t resist a sly dig at her sister.
She Twittered: “Regina saved the day!… Go Reggie. I guess he will be getting boned tonight!”
Contrary to earlier reports today, coroner’s officials left the offices of Michael Jackson’s dermatologist empty-handed – but will reportedly get the medical records they are seeking within 24 hours.
Investigators probing Jackson’s sudden death made a surprise visit to the Beverly Hills offices of Dr Arnold Klein this afternoon.
Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter confirmed they had gone to collect Jackson’s patient records.
But he later told celebrity website TMZ.com that a lawyer for Klein was in the office and promised to provide the requested files within 24 hours.
No one at the Coroner’s Office was immediately available for comment.
Winter reportedly told TMZ.com that his office requested the files from Klein on 2 July, but had only received partial records and that Klein had failed to respond to further calls from officials.
Winter told reporters at the offices: “Klein has been co-operating with the coroner’s office and they have removed several documents.”
He would not comment on reports that Klein is under investigation over Jackson’s death.
Officials are understood to be looking into Klein’s prescription practices in connection with Jackson – including prescribing medication using aliases.
Klein treated Jackson for years and has told how the King of Pop battled drug addiction and how he told him that it was “absolutely insane” for him to use the powerful anaesthetic, Diprivan.
Klein has also denied rumours that he is the biological father of Jackson’s children.
Two more memorial services are in the works in light of Michael Jackson’s 51st birthday on August 29.
In addition to last week’s epic Los Angeles ceremony at the Staples Centre, a memorial in Las Vegas will pay tribute to the late star on his birthday. Another is expected to take place in London at the O2 Arena, where he was to play a mammoth series of concerts.
The Vegas benefit will take place at the Palms Hotel and Casino, inside The Pearl venue.
Jersey Boys star Erich Bergen will co-produce the event, which he said will feature everyone from “cast members in current shows on the Strip to the big guys, along with some bands”.
A memorial to Jackson has already been held in his home city of Gary, Indiana.
Meanwhile, the singer’s brother Jermaine may soon have a meeting with executives at the Wynn Las Vegas hotel to discuss a possible show featuring members of the Jackson 5.
Katie Holmes has treated her co-star Bailee Madison, nine, to a trip to the theatre to help them become friends.
The pair are currently in Melbourne, Australia, making the horror flick Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark with Aussie actor Guy Pearce.
The star took Bailee to see a matinee performance of the musical Wicked as a special treat.
Katie, who is also looking after daughter Suri, three, while her husband Tom travels with his Australian friend James Packer, plays Bailee’s mom in the film.
A source on set said: “Katie has taken Bailee under her wing. She knows what it’s like to be young and to be working on a film set so she’s been looking after Bailee as best she can.
“The trip to the theatre was a special treat. They sneaked in a back way so that they wouldn’t be noticed. They had a wonderful time. The pair get on well, and Bailee is looking forward to meeting Suri.”
The pair have been going though readings of the movie at the film set in Melbourne for the past couple of weeks. Shooting is expected to move out on location in the coming days.
A property lawsuit against actor Leonardo DiCaprio has been dropped by a judge in LA.
The 34-year-old actor and his cousin Robert Hrtica were sued in 2007 by couple Ronald and Joan Linclau for trespass, nuisance and negligence.
The couple were looking for at least $250,000 in damages after, according to their lawsuit, DiCaprio had a basketball court built outside his home in 2007 that they claim excavated some of their land and removed their plants.
The couple insisted that the home improvement undermined a slope that was behind their Hollywood Hills home and the support for their swimming pool.
They also claimed that DiCaprio knew the work would affect his neighbours’ property and ignored their demands.
However, DiCaprio’s lawyers say in his court papers that the couple’s installation of an “illegal railroad tie retaining wall” could have caused the destabilisation.
The actor’s legal team reportedly filed cross complaints against the contractors and the couple, requesting that the firm pay for any costs obtained against him.
According to a report from The Daily Beast, Michael Jackson’s good friend Elizabeth Taylor had a role in his early dependencies, as the retired actress introduced the late singer to dermatologist Arnold Klein. When the King of Pop met the doctor, Elizabeth was battling her own prescription drug and alcohol problem. Due to treatment for alleged vitiligo, which causes skin depigmentation, and residual pain from his 1984 accident while shooting a Pepsi ad, Dr. Klein reportedly provided Michael with drugs, which began to snowball into addiction. Michael was warned by confidantes about the dangers of his relationship with Elizabeth because she was enabling him and never encouraged him to get better because she was having the same problems.
Madonna paid tribute to the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson, during her ‘Sticky and Sweet’ concert tour which was held at London’s O2 Arena this past Saturday. It was the same venue where Michael was supposed to stage his comeback. During Madonna’s performance, an impersonator doing Michael’s moonwalk hit the stage. The Queen of Pop then told the crowd “Let’s give it up for one of the greatest artists the world has ever known.” The crowd went wild at that. And why wouldn’t they? It’s a great celebration of Michael’s life to continue to honor his work and contributions to the music industry.
90210 star AnnaLynne McCord has revealed she can’t wait for Rumer Willis to join the cast on an upcoming episode of the hit show – because she has a ‘girl crush’ on her famous mother Demi Moore.
McCord, 21, gushed: “I’m very happy to have her, I have met Rumer once or twice and she is very sweet.
“I think she’s awesome and obviously, you know, I kind of have a girl crush on her mom so its good to have her.”
Willis’s mother is Demi Moore, the former wife of her dad Bruce Willis.
Adding to the girl theme of McCord’s excitement is the fact that Rumer is set to play a punky lesbian named Gia.
McCord also discussed another new cast member, former US soap star Trevor Donovan, who she calls a ‘hunky young Robert Redford’.
She added: “He is the new hunk in town. It was so funny because we all read the description obviously in the first episode and it was like ‘a young Robert Redford’ and we were like: ‘Who are they going to get for this?’
“Those are kind of big shoes to fill. Robert Redford. Are you kidding me? So we walk on set and the wind is blowing and he is like popping tennis balls and he looks just like a young Robert Redford.
Hollywood star Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed that a three-week diet has “worked wonders” and she has dropped “the extra pounds” she had put on.
Gwyneth, 36, praised the benefits of the “Clean” detox program she had recently undertaken.
She said: “This program allowed me to work and exercise regularly, something I cannot do if I am on a liquid-only detox. I followed it to the letter and I can report that it worked wonders.”
The Iron Man star admitted she had let her hair down recently and put on a few pounds, but the new diet helped her to get rid of them.
She added: “I feel pure and happy and much lighter (I dropped the extra pounds that I had gained during a majorly fun and delicious ‘relax and enjoy life phase’ about a month ago).
“I also really enjoyed learning about the incredible health benefits of resting your digestive system, etc. This thing is amazing.”
Los Angeles judge Mitchell Beckloff has just ruled that Michael Jackson’s 2002 will is valid, at the expense of his mother, Katherine Jackson. As stated in the will, the King of Pop’s attorney, John Branca, and music executive John McClain will become the executors of the singer’s estate, estimated at $500 million. Katherine’s lawyers wanted to delay the decision in order to sway it in their favor, even suggesting that McClain was unfit to serve as executor due to an unspecified disability. They were practically grabbing at straws. I don’t understand why she’s complaining. Michael left 40% of his estate to her.
