Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell has put an update on his official website about the illness of his 6-year old son Baylee. His son was released from the hospital just right before Christmas and has been diagnosed with A-Typical Kawasaki Disease. The boy was originally thought to have had strep throat, hand, foot, mouth disease and erythema multiforme. He stressed the A-Typical part saying his son didn’t have the usual symptoms. “Kawasaki Disease causes inflammation in the coronary arteries as well as the walls of the small and medium sized arteries throughout the body. Unfortunately, Baylee’s coronary arteries were affected. He received an IVIG, which is a treatment to bring down the inflammation in his coronary arteries. Baylee will be closely monitored for the next 6-8 weeks by a Pediatric Cardiologist to see if the treatment was effective.”

Carlos Leon says “It is a bad situation for both Guy Ritchie and Madonna and I send them a lot of love and all the children involved. I think it is too early to say if the divorce will make things better or worse for the family.” Carlos also happens to think that Guy Ritchie is great saying that he “is the gent. He always treats me with respect. Of the film work of the two, I like Guy Ritchie better. He is incredibly talented as a director and producer and he inspires me.” Carlos also talks about his daughter saying “I speak to her every day. She is very talented, she gets that from her mum. Looks like Naomi Watts would not have to resort to smuggling the young ones. After nine months, she finally gave birth to a healthy baby boy last night. The second for her and boyfriend Liev Schreiber. People reports:
“I can confirm Naomi and Liev had a baby boy yesterday,” said the actress’s rep.
A couple since 2005, Watts, 40, and Schreiber, 41, already have a baby boy, Alexander Pete Schreiber, born July 26, 2007.
As of press time, they have not yet decided on the name, but I sure do hope that it’s not Harlow, Bronx or anything of that sort. I wish the child a normal and happy childhood, without the teasing other children will force on them because of their names.

Jaden Smith would soon cease to be known as the son of Will Smith considering the way his career is moving up. The whole Smith family which included his dad, mom Jada and his sister were a sight to behold at the red carpet during the premiere of Jaden’s latest movie “The Day The Earth Stood Still”. The young Smith, who co-stars with Keanu Reeves in this movie, plays the 8-year old stepson of Jennifer Connely (who plays the role of scientist Helen Benson) who succeeds in making contact with Reeves (Klaatu) who is a humanoid alien in this movie.
The science fiction movie which talks about environmental degradation is Jaden’s first movie after he was seen in the critically-acclaimed “The Pursuit Of Happiness”. His fans will however get more of him as he was chosen to star in the new version of “The Karate Kid” movie. A good match, shall we say considering that Jaden is a martial arts practitioner. The movie was a hit wayback in 1984 and it is expected to be even a bigger hit with Jaden in the movie. Chris Murphy is preparing the script for the movie which will start filming in Beijing next year.
“The Karate Kid” will be produced by Overbrook Entertainment, the same company that produced “The Pursuit Of Happiness” as well as Jerry Weintrub who is known for launching the original Karate Kid movie franchise. In the meantime fans may already be lining up for his new movie with Reeves which was shown in theaters starting December 12.
This early Nicole Kidman is already planning the first Christmas of her first child Sunday Rose. If Oscar-winning screenwriter Eric Roth is to be believed and there’s no reason not to then he will never agree to a sequel to hit movie Forrest Gump as for his the 9/11 terrorist attacks was when the dream of a 2nd film ended.
He won the Academy Awards for Best Adapted Screenplay for his work on the 1994 movie and you know what just a prior to the dastardly attacks on the WTC in New York Roth submitted a script for the follow-up.
In an interview he tells, “I turned in my version of the Forrest Gump sequel, or Part II, whatever you call it… It’s a continuation really – I want to start the movie literally two minutes after the end of the last one, with him on the bus bench waiting for his son to get home from school.”
I agree, but I’m way too curious to see and actually watch how things would have turned out in the movie without jenny, momma n bubba, hey I got a idea …make it into a book instead.
