Reports claim that Phelps is hooking up with Lily Donaldson. Insiders claim that Donaldson and Phelps met on a shoot and have been dating ever since; both of them are represented by fashion powerhouse IMG.
Option # 2
Other reports claim though that Phelps is dating, co-US team member, Amanda Beard. Amanda Beard is a world class swimmer and has won several competitions. In addition to that, she has also posed for Playboy, giving Donaldson a good run for her money.
