The country crooner is headed to Arizona for treatment and sources say that it was all Dr. Phil’s idea. It’s being said that he’s taken Mindy under his wing as a personal project of his. There’s no word on whether Mindy will be on his show though. However, a rep for Dr. Phil says “Dr. Phil has not treated patients one-on-one since his show went on air. Ms. McCready’s situation is private and we respect her right to privacy in a difficult time.”
