While Danity Kane’s Aubrey O’Day celebrates by singing a few numbers at the Barracuda bar in Chelsea, New York City on Tuesday, rumored beau Ashley Parker Angel is down in the dumps. It’s being said that the singer and Tiffany Lynn have called off their engagement amidst rumors that the former O-Town cutie has been hooking up with his ‘Hairspray’ co-star Aubrey. The 24-year old blonde skank made her Broadway debut last week as Amber Von Tussle. She moves pretty fast. But then again, she’s one of the biggest skanks in town so no one should really be surprised that she got her claws into Ashley.
Madonna was recently quoted in saying “Every time I do a show, I die a little bit, but no shit is worth dying unless you’re willing to die for it.” For the most part, you can really see how passionate she is about her work and how much of herself she’s putting into it. On the other hand, maybe she’s taking it too far. Some people may see how she looks like now, an empty shell of herself, and think that maybe that’s the reason. Maybe she needs to take a bit of a break and take care of herself first before letting a piece of herself die again. The world is not ready to lose Madonna.
Amy Winehouse’s husband wants her to leave London.
Blake Fielder-Civil – who was sentenced to 27 months in jail last week for grievous bodily harm (GBH) and perverting the course of justice – believes the only way he and the troubled singer can quit drugs for good is to move away from the temptations that currently surround them.
Amy’s father Mitch said: “Blake totally gets it. He said to me, ‘We can’t carry on living in Camden. We need to move out to the country.’ If they do, they could have the most fantastic life together, with the full blessing of my family. Whatever happens, we won’t be where we are now in two years.”
Mitch, who has previously disapproved of Blake’s influence on his daughter, says he doesn’t blame him for his daughter’s drug use. He added: “He didn’t coerce her to take drugs in any way. I wish he had. Because if he had she would most likely have said, ‘I don’t want to do it.’”
Mitch’s comments come as Amy appeared to breakdown during a night out in London on Saturday. She reportedly sat on the floor sobbing outside a bar before lashing out at a minder who tried to help her, screaming: “F**k off and just leave me alone – that’s not the way I do things.”
She eventually got up and headed for a nearby club but stayed just 30 minutes. A source said: “She was in a terrible state. She left by the back door and went home in tears. She had a black coat over her head and a swollen hand. She looked awful, like her world is falling apart.”
Screen tough guy Sean Bean spent six hours in custody yesterday following his arrest on suspicion of domestic assault.
The heart-throb actor was escorted to a police station after wife Georgina called cops during a row.
She claimed the Lord of the Rings star, 49, grabbed and assaulted her in the bust-up at their $4 million townhouse.
The couple’s tempestuous relationship also saw them both bloodied and bruised after a boozy hotel fight two years ago.
One source said of the latest episode: “There was a lot of shouting and hollering and Mrs Bean rang 999 and told the operator she was being attacked. There were no punches or kicking and nothing really nasty. It was pushing and shoving, but she clearly felt threatened. He was arrested and taken to the nearest custody suite at Holborn. He denied being a wife batterer and said it was a domestic row that got out of hand. He was released on bail and Mrs Bean later called up to say she was no longer prepared to continue the case. There was no other evidence to prove assault and there was no option but to drop it.”
Sheffield-born Bean, a Bond villain in 1995 flick Goldeneye, was set free just after 6am.
After actress Georgina, 29, dropped the assault claim, cops told him he was no longer required to report on bail next month — and that no further action was being taken.
Bean is said to have been “tired and emotional” when the row with fourth wife Georgina erupted shortly before midnight on Thursday.
Yesterday the couple put on a show of unity at their home in Belsize Park, North London. Georgina said: “Everything is OK. Sean and I are at home together enjoying the sunshine. He was arrested. Everything was blown out of proportion. The police held him quite a while, but Sean is fine and I’m fine. There’s no problem between us.”
Bean, on a break from filming Sharpe on location in India, said simply: “I’m fine.”
He and Georgina wed in February — after postponing a January ceremony. Bean’s three daughters were bridesmaids.
A police spokesman said: “Police were called to a residential address. A male was arrested. He was subsequently informed no further action was being taken against him.”

The latest drama in 27-year-old Kerry’s crazy world unfolded when her nanny Gemma got so fed up with the star’s chaotic lifestyle she walked out on her last week.
The shocked drama queen—on the verge of bankruptcy—desperately offered $52,000-a-year Gemma an astonishing extra $26,000 on her salary to stay.
“She called her begging her to go back and offered her a pay rise that she couldn’t turn down,” said the pal. “Kerry just finds it a struggle with four kids on her own.”
But it caused such a a blazing row with husband Mark Croft, 38, that he stormed off to a hotel for two nights with their youngest child, Maxwell, four months.
“Mark really was at the end of his tether,” said the pal. “It’s not like him to go and leave her and it shows how serious he was about this. But Kerry persuaded him to come home.”
The friend said Mark has told her she needs to focus on looking after Molly, six, Lilly Sue, five, Heidi, 18 months, and Maxwell instead of relying on helpers.
Kerry’s splashout on the nanny comes just weeks after she was considering taking equity out of her posh $2.6 million home to settle an unpaid VAT bill of $214,000.
Her lawyers pleaded with a bankruptcy court for leniency because Kerry was waiting for a payment of just under $1,000,000 and she was given until the end of next month to find the cash. Meanwhile the pal says she’s determined to get her marriage back on track.
She has asked Gemma and Mark’s brother Stuart to take the kids away for a few days next weekend so she can spend some time with her husband.
Her pal added: “She knows she needs to get her act together and focus on being a good mum and a good wife and she’s terrified of losing him.”
Kevin Federline is set to release a fitness DVD. The former backing dancer – the ex-husband of Britney Spears – is planning to get back into shape after piling on the pounds and wants to cash in on his potentially buff body by sharing his exercise secrets.
He is reported as saying: “I plan to get back to looking ripped and sexy again – I know I have let it all go but watch me fly this year.”
The 30-year-old is hoping to release the DVD in January 2009. Kevin, who reached a custody agreement over his two sons with Britney earlier this week, recently admitted his weight has ballooned because of the “pressure of looking after my children”.

To put in a capitalist twist on her seek for treatment, it’s being said that Dr. Phil’s inserting himself into the mix. The country crooner is headed to Arizona for treatment and sources say that it was all Dr. Phil’s idea. It’s being said that he’s taken Mindy under his wing as a personal project of his. There’s no word on whether Mindy will be on his show though. However, a rep for Dr. Phil says “Dr. Phil has not treated patients one-on-one since his show went on air. Ms. McCready’s situation is private and we respect her right to privacy in a difficult time.”

Rulers of the ice cream world Ben & Jerry and music icon Elton John have teamed up for charity. The ice cream makers are going to produce a custom flavor ice cream called ‘Goodbye Yellow Brickle Road’. It’s made of “an outrageous symphony of decadent chocolate ice cream, peanut butter cookie dough, butter brickle and white chocolate chunks.” Sounds yummy! Proceeds of the sales will be donated to the Elton John AIDS Foundation. In celebration of the partnership, Elton will perform in Vermont, the home state of the ice cream producers, next Monday. After that performance, Elton can officially claim that he’s played in all 50 of the United States.
There are times that I really start to feel sorry for Miley Cyrus because she’s never going to live that Vanity Fair scandal down. But those times are few and far between because she keeps doing or saying things that makes me think that she really deserves it. In a new interview with TV Guide, she says “I’d love to do a younger, cleaner version of ‘Sex and the City.’” What 15-year old thinks of doing that? The irony of it all is that she talks about her big love for God and wearing a purity ring just like the Jonas Brothers. If you look at her photo leaks, you can pretty much see that Miley is anything but pure.

Wino’s dad says that his little girl could die a very slow and painful death. Mitch Winehouse said “She won’t die of a drug overdose, it won’t be that quick. Poppa Wino goes on to add that Wino’s hubby Blake Fielder-Civil will just be an enabler if and when he gets out.
The countdown is on for when Gwen Stefani gives birth! The singer was spotted in LA this past weekend. She has been spending a lot of time with her family in London recently which had many thinking that she was going to give birth at the other side of the pond. Now, it looks like she will deliver in LA as she looks ready to pop. Kingston would make the cutest older brother. Her belly is looking huge though. Could there be a chance that she’s also expecting twins? If so, Hollywood didn’t just experience a regular baby boom – it’s a twins baby boom.
Britney Spears spent the weekend with her mother Lynne in California. The troubled 26 year-old singer – who is reportedly set to regain joint custody of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James in a new arrangement with ex-husband Kevin Federline – enjoyed a shopping trip with her mother before going out to dinner at the nearby Bond St. restaurant.
A source at the eatery said: “They had a girls’ dinner of salad, sushi rolls, and fish with two of Britney’s friends. Britney walked in with a big smile and introduced her mom to the staff. She looked gorgeous, and I have never seen her in a better mood. She was laughing the whole time she was here. Britney seemed to have the best time hanging out with her mom and friends.”
Lynn arrived in California on Wednesday, after spending time with Britney’s sister Jamie Lynn, who recently gave birth to daughter Maddie Briann, her first child with fiance Casey Aldridge.
Meanwhile, Britney is reportedly “excited” about getting her career back on track, and has filmed a video segment for Madonna’s upcoming ‘Sticky and Sweet’ tour.
A source said: “Britney is excited, but in a grown-up way. She has come a long way in the last year. Working with Madonna is a dream, but I think Britney feels like it’s one she has earned.”
Britney and Madonna reportedly appear together in the video wearing bandages which they will remove to reveal tiny bondage pants and knee-high boots.
Her career may have stopped from developing but that’s not something we could say about Ashlee Simpson’s baby bump. On her honeymoon six weeks ago, you could barely tell that she was even pregnant. Fast forward to now and the baby bump has grown in record time. Reports are saying that her baby, due in October, is a boy. There are also reports that she’s actually carrying twins. Twin boys perhaps? I don’t think just one kid would have her blow up like that so fast unless she or hubby Pete Wentz have giant genes somewhere down the family tree.
