He was still Puff Daddy when they broke up. Now that he’s Diddy and she’s obviously moved on, Jennifer Lopez is going to have to back track and relive her most infamous night with him. The New York Post is reporting that JLo will be forced to testify in a $130 million lawsuit brought against the entertainment mogul after being served with a subpoena last week. The suit was brought by Natania Reuben, the woman who was shot in face during the 1999 nightclub shooting involving Diddy and Jamal ‘Shyne’ Barrow. Diddy was exonerated while Shyne is still serving time.

An Illinois trust company is giving Kanye West a very unwelcome reminder of his mom’s death as they are demanding upwards of $600,000 to settle the mortgage on her condo. According to the creditor’s claim, the late Donda West owed more than $600,000 plus interest when she died and they now want to get it back. They’re targeting Donda’s estate, for which Kanye is the co-executor, to get their money. Donda died late last year with less than $250,000 in cash and no will. It looks like Kanye may have to fork over some of his own cash so he can let his mother’s issues die in peace.

An overzealous fan got a little too close for comfort with Cher which got cops to take him down. Was he not informed that no ordinary mortal is allowed to touch the surgically-immortal Cher? Cops say that 36-year old Calvin Houghland was drinking a bit too much at some place called The World Famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge when he started harassing the diva and at one point, even tried grabbing the 62-year old singer. While it’s all good that no harm was done to Cher, I’m left wondering just what she was doing at The World Famous Tootsies Orchid lounge.
