The New York Post is reporting that JLo will be forced to testify in a $130 million lawsuit brought against the entertainment mogul after being served with a subpoena last week. The suit was brought by Natania Reuben, the woman who was shot in face during the 1999 nightclub shooting involving Diddy and Jamal ‘Shyne’ Barrow. Diddy was exonerated while Shyne is still serving time.
An Illinois trust company is giving Kanye West a very unwelcome reminder of his mom’s death as they are demanding upwards of $600,000 to settle the mortgage on her condo. According to the creditor’s claim, the late Donda West owed more than $600,000 plus interest when she died and they now want to get it back. They’re targeting Donda’s estate, for which Kanye is the co-executor, to get their money. Donda died late last year with less than $250,000 in cash and no will. It looks like Kanye may have to fork over some of his own cash so he can let his mother’s issues die in peace.

The two were engaged December 9 and waited only just over six months to wed. This is each one’s second marriage.
Janet Jackson is a singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer and actress. She might be late on the trails of those before her but the multi-talented diva is now going to add designer to her resume. Janet is set to launch her own clothing line, starting with lingerie. She just confirmed the news last week while attending a show at Milan Fashion Week in Italy. The line will reportedly be out before the end of the year. Let’s just hope that none of her bras would be causing any wardrobe malfunctions. Through their Jolie-Pitt Foundation, they are giving $1 million to the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict. The money goes to American and Iraqi children who suffer from the war.
Angelina says, “These educational support programs for children of conflict are the best way to help them heal.” Brad says, “We hope to encourage others to give to these great organizations.”
Nicole Richie wants to marry fiance Joel Madden ’soon’. The ‘Simple Life’ star – who gave birth to the couple’s first child, Harlow, in January – is keen to tie the knot with the Good Charlotte rocker once their busy schedules allow it.
She said: “The wedding will be soon. We want to get married, it’s just finding the right time. It’s very exciting.”
Nicole also says Joel is an ‘amazing’ dad to little Harlow and is hands-on father. She added: “He is an amazing father. He actually changes more diapers than I do. He’s always singing to her and playing with her.”
Nicole – who has previously been in rehab for drug addiction – says her life has never been better since she met Joel and gave birth to Harlow.
She said: “I’m happier than I have ever been but I take nothing for granted. I have great friends, a great family, a great place to live and a beautiful baby. I’ve gone through a lot of hardship in my past but I really feel like I’ve come out on the other end. I’d really like to show how much I appreciate the fact that I’m still here, because I almost didn’t get that chance.”

Minnie Driver enjoyed a small informal baby shower at a friend’s home in Malibu on Saturday. The house was decorated in pink and white, although Minnie says she isn’t going to find out the sex of the baby. A guest says, “It was a beautiful day.”

Charlotte Church is pregnant again. The singer – who gave birth to daughter Ruby Megan Henson last September – and her rugby player boyfriend Gavin Henson have announced they are ‘delighted’ with the news.
Charlotte is due to give birth in November. She told a friend: “I am thrilled. Me and Gavin want a big family and this second child will get us well on the way. The first labour wasn’t as bad as I expected and it is going to be well worth going through it again for a beautiful family.”

If you ask me, she should just cancel her whole career all together to save the rest of us from being exposed to her. She’ll be doing the world a great favor if she does that.
London police confuse me. The authorities have reportedly caught the two people who allegedly gave Amy Winehouse the drugs that she did on tape but chose to leave Wino out of it. The police say that the two so-called pushers have been charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine and ecstasy to Wino yet the British pop wreck herself has been cleared of any charges from the incident even if she was actually the one caught doing the drugs. The least they could have done was give her the Pete Doherty treatment by making her spend a few days in jail out of a long sentence then set her free.
Corey Haim says Victoria Beckham loved “gnawing” on his lip when they dated. The 36-year-old actor, who briefly romanced the star in 1995, fell for the former Spice Girl – who is now married to soccer star David Beckham – despite her bizarre kissing technique.He said: “I did date Victoria Beckham. When she kisses she does this funny thing. She does this gnaw thing. She liked to gnaw on my lip.”

Mark Wahlberg wants David and Victoria Beckham to leave Los Angeles. The ‘Boogie Nights’ actor claims the couple are causing a huge disturbance in his neighborhood because of the constant attention surrounding them.
Wahlberg is furious with the photographers hanging around his back garden trying to get a picture of the Los Angeles Galaxy player David, 33, and wife Victoria, 34.
When asked if he had met David, Wahlberg jokingly said: “No, but that f***er lives down the road from me, man! He has to go back to the UK, because he has the paparazzi all over my house.”
He added: “I was in the UK for the last week and they don’t want him back there. They said, ‘Keep him over there!’”
Meanwhile, Wahlberg has announced his long-term girlfriend Rhea Durham, 29, is pregnant for the third time. The couple – who already have two children, daughter Ella, four, and two-year-old son Michael – are planning to extend their brood even further.
Wahlberg said: “When the kids are good, we want eight or nine. When they’re bad, we want to stop at three!”

The ‘Mean Girls’ actress – who spent a two-month stint in rehab last year for drink and drug addiction – enjoys a close relationship with the DJ and says she never feels like partying when she is with Samantha.
Lindsay, who refuses to comment on speculation Samantha is her lover, said: “She’s an amazing friend. I can have a great time just having a quiet meal with her. I feel like I don’t need anything else.”
