Miley Cyrus and her parents are most likely getting some heat from Disney due to her topless shoot for Vanity Fair. While the 15-year old teen star has been quiet on leaked pictures of her in provocative poses, she is speaking out on her magazine photos. Miley said “I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be ‘artistic’ and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed. I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about.” If you get to read the mag, she says otherwise. Disney was also critical of the magazine saying “Unfortunately, as the article suggests, a situation was created to deliberately manipulate a 15-year-old in order to sell magazines.”

Former 98 Degrees front man Nick Lachey has finally gotten a job! The former singer is set to host ABC/Disney’s ‘High School Musical: Summer Session’. The show is basically a talent show based on the hit ‘High School Musical’ franchise. The show is set to premiere on June 20th. This is Nick’s first so-called real job since his reality gig ‘Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica’ went off the air and he divorced from Jessica. I’m not counting the album he recorded after that because it flopped anyway. Was his brother Drew not available? He’s become the more famous brother after ‘Dancing with the Stars’. Drew should have been the host.

Jennifer Lopez is set to star in her own reality TV show.
The ‘I’m Real’ singer – who recently gave birth to twins, Max and Emme, with husband Marc Anthony – will allow cameras into her life to show how she juggles her career with motherhood.
Jennifer – who will also produce the series on US cable station The Learning Channel (TLC) – said: ‘I’m looking forward to sharing this exciting journey together.’
TLC President Angela Shapiro-Mathes added: ‘Jennifer is unbelievably passionate about life and will be an incredible role model for our audience.’
The series – which will also focus on the launch of the star’s latest fragrance – is currently in production.
Jennifer, 38, is the latest in a long line of celebrities to have their own reality TV show. Pamela Anderson recently signed up for her own series, which will also document how the mother-of-two copes with the demands of work and family life.
Jessica Simpson starred in MTV show ‘Newlyweds’ with ex-husband Nick Lachey, while Ozzy, Sharon, Kelly and Jack Osbourne proved a huge hit with viewers when cameras followed their everyday lives.

Foxy Brown may have gotten out of Rikers Island but her legal troubles aren’t over yet. She still has to face battery charges in Florida. Unfortunately, her hotshot lawyer just bailed on her. Fred Haddad, said that while he was prepping to get Foxy off in what he thought of as on open-and-shut case, someone on her New York legal team tried to cut a deal with Florida prosecutors. He immediately quit after finding out how Foxy tried to go backdoor on him. Now, the rapper has to go to Florida on May 8 with new counsel and didn’t get the plea deal.

In a shocking American Idol elimination show, it was actually the two strongest performers on Tuesday night that were part of the bottom two. Syesha Mercado and Carly Smithson garnered the lowest amount of votes. Syesha was pretty confident when she and Brooke White were called out that she wasn’t going to be in the bottom. Judging by the performances and what the judges and even Andrew Loyd Webber said, it should have been Brooke and Jason Castro. But then again, they don’t comprise of the whole of America. Ultimately, it was Carly who got the boot. Above being a talent show, it’s a popularity contest after all.

Kanye West has something to celebrate about with the triumphant success of his new ‘Glow in the Dark’ tour. But the rapper also has something to bring him down to earth as reports say that he and his fiancé Alexis Phifer have split. An insider told US Weekly that “Kanye is possessed by the tour and everything going on and just couldn’t keep it going. They are still friends and have broken up and gotten back together before, so it could work out.” If that is the case, Kanye really won’t have any time to grieve the loss of the relationship. He could pretty much just throw himself into the tour some more.

Brian McFadden has slammed ex-wife Kerry Katona as “a disgusting human being” for using their two daughters as “a weapon”.
The former Westlife singer was furious after she blamed the stress of the girls’ late return from a trip to visit him in Australia for the premature arrival of son Max.
Brian fumed: “Kerry is a disgusting human being. She manipulates people and plays the sympathy card for every stupid mistake she makes. Me and my family have been put through hell by her stupid games. She is an embarrassment.”
Kerry has two children with Brian – Molly, six, and Lilly-Sue, five – and two with new husband Mark Croft – Heidi, one, and newborn Max.
However, throughout her most recent pregnancy, the papers reported that Kerry took cocaine, drank and smoked 20 cigarettes a day.
And Brian – who is now engaged to Aussie pop princess Delta Goodrem – claims that he’s terrified his daughters will see that wild lifestyle as the norm.
He said: “We put the girls into as much of a routine as possible. But it breaks out heart when the kids quote back stuff they’ve heard from Kerry. ‘Mummy has to go to the Priory because she’s not feeling well’ – things like that.”

It truly is baby-mania in Hollywood! A couple of stars like Cate Blanchett, Nicole Richie, Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Lopez have already given birth and there’s a whole lot more about to give birth later this year and that includes actress turned musician Minnie Driver. It has previously been unknown just who the father of her unborn child is but Life & Style is now reporting that the father is Craig Zolezzi, a musician from the San Francisco area. Minnie and Craig have apparently been dating for about a year. The couple is expecting the arrival of their baby in August. Minnie reportedly doesn’t want to find out what the baby’s sex is but has a so-called feeling that it’s a girl.

Kylie Minogue says she may never settle down and have a family.
The singer, who beat breast cancer, does dream about a permanent relationship and a family.
But she admits: “On other days, I think perhaps this is not right for me. I never had the feeling of a conventional marriage. It comes down to how much love you have in you – and if you are ready to give that love.”
Kylie, 40 next month, denies she is seeing old flame Olivier Martinez, 40.

Us Weekly was first to say that Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are expecting a baby and then OK! confirmed the news as well. But the Fall Out Boy bassist is adamant that his fiancé isn’t pregnant. Pete personally told MTV News that “There is a witch hunt for people to be pregnant whenever they get engaged in Hollywood. This is all news to me. I can’t wait for the story about how I’m really in a gay relationship and this is all just a cover. … I mean really, this is crazy. … I mean were engaged, that’s true, and happy about it.” So there’s still no confirmation on that one.

Now that ‘Sex and the City’ is about to come back with a movie, everything we know and love about the show is coming back with it. That means the music is back too! Fergie just recorded the film’s opening number and the movie’s director, Michael Patrick King, told EW that “It’s called ‘Labels & Love’. It’s an entirely new song with lyrics, but it has the Sex and the City theme as the DNA — on steroids.” Also singing on the soundtrack is American Idol alum Jennifer Hudson with the ballad ‘All Dressed Up in Love’ which plays during the end credits. The Academy Award winner also happens to make a cameo as Carrie’s assistant.

Vanilla Ice was arrested for allegedly hitting his wife.
The former rap star Vanilla Ice, real name Robert Van Winkle, was arrested on Thursday night at his home after an alleged incident regarding his wife.
Vanilla Ice arrested by Palm Beach County Sheriff’s deputies at 10:43 PM on a charge of domestic battery. He apparently got into an argument with his wife, Laura, and he pushed her.
He left court on Friday where Judge Nancy Perez ordered him to stay away from his wife.

Movie wizard Daniel Radcliffe has hit the jack-Potter – earning $26million in only a year. And the 18-year-old Harry Potter star has wisely invested millions from his film work in property and businesses.
The actor’s assets have risen by $6million since last year – not including the $16million he made from Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
Figures for his company Gilmore Jacobs show that in 12 months he put $8million in cash in the bank, had investments of $14million and was owed $4million in outstanding payments.
The figures have just been lodged at Companies House and cover the year to August 2007.
In December last year Daniel – whose total fortune is estimated at $50million – paid $2.5million for a pad in Manhattan that he plans to rent out at $20,000 a month. He also set up Almada Productions to develop scripts, and it made a $130,000 profit last year.
Daniel, who has portrayed the Quidditch-playing hero since 2001, took full control of his earnings when he turned 18 last July. Gilmore Jacobs is owned by his parents Alan and Marcia, but they have stipulated that all the riches belong to him.

Lisa Marie Presley was spotted along with her burgeoning belly after a romantic dinner with hubby Michael Lockwood at Italian eatery Madeo in Beverly Hills on Monday. Her tummy is really getting big and you know it’s not because of the food. The 40-year old daughter of Elvis Presley and her 46-year old guitarist and music producer husband are expecting their first child together in the fall. And she’s already that big? Either she’s having a really big baby or she’s having twins. Maybe the due date that we have is off too. I think she’s way too big at this point if her due date is still around 4 or 5 months away.

Maybe David Beckham has some flaws after all.
The usually squeaky clean footballer got a ticking off from LA cops yesterday for dangerous driving.
Becks was pulled over after making an illegal left hand turn in Hollywood.
Naughty.
Wearing dark sunglasses and a white short-sleeved t-shirt, LA Galaxy star David chatted to police and was given a $160 fine for the traffic violation.
He was also threatened with a point on his driver’s licence unless he agrees to go to traffic school.
An onlooker said: “David was really co-operative. I think he knew he was in the wrong.”
The Beckham family are no strangers to being pulled over by police.
Shortly before moving to Los Angeles last year, David’s wife Victoria was tailed by cops until she parked on the side of the road and showed the officer her valid licence.

50 Cent wins another lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend and baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins. Even though they’ve split up years ago, Shaniqua thought she still had the right to stay in the house that the rapper bought. Reports reveal that the judge presiding over the eviction case in favor on 50 and denies Tompkins motion to stay in the house and even granted 50 $9,000 in court fees which she has to pay. The only sad part is that 50’s 10-year old son Marquise also gets kicked to the curb. But then again, Shaniqua gets a whopping $6,700 a month in child support payments.

American Idol alum Jordin Sparks sang at Fight Night XIV which was held at the JW Marriott Resort in Phoenix on Saturday. Muhammad Ali and his wife Lonnie hosted the event which was attended by celebrities and entertainers at the 14th annual event for the fight against Parkinson’s disease. Dozens of athletes and celebrities were there, including Whitney Houston, Grant Hill, Shaquille O’Neal, Tony Hawk, Vince Young, Michael Johnson and Ray Lewis. Throughout Celebrity Fight Night’s history, over $45 million has been raised. Jordin may not be on ‘Idol Gives Back’ but she’s still doing a lot of good on her time.

Gwyneth Paltrow and husband Chris Martin are very happy together, says the actress’ mother.
Blythe Danner has dismissed reports the couple are going through a bad patch, and says they are still very much in love.
Blythe said: “I’ve never seen two happier parents and people. Happy, happy people. I don’t get it.”
Blythe also quashed rumours Gwyneth is planning to quit Hollywood and focus on raising the couple’s two children, three-year-old daughter Apple and one-year-old son Moses.
The ‘Meet the Parents’ star said: “People are saying Gwyneth isn’t going to go back to work, which is a lot of BS too. She very much wants to go back to work. She’s a great, wonderful actress. But motherhood is very important to her, as it was to me, and she’s finding the balance. And it’s hard to find that balance.”
The couple have been spending a lot of time apart recently as Chris has been holed up in different recording studios working on the new Coldplay album ‘Viva La Vida’, while Gwyneth was busy filming new movie ‘Iron Man’.

With a newborn baby, I’d have thought Nicole Richie would enough on her plate right now.
But the wee socialite – daughter of legend Lionel – has revealed she’s coming to the rescue of mum’s-to-be by launching a range of maternity clothing.
Nicole, who gave birth to daughter Harlow in January, dished out the goss on her new venture at a recent Balenciaga party in L.A.
She said: “It’s about showing your best self, not your tired, worn-down self. Guys don’t go through that, they just don’t understand.”

Madonna is set to be in Malawi next week for what may be the final court ruling on whether or not she can finalize the adoption of her son David Banda. The Queen of Pop began the adoption process back in 2006 after meeting David in a local orphanage in Malawi. In February of this year, the Malawian Information Minister Patricia Kaliati, praised Madonna’s efforts to raise awareness of gathering support for orphans. She went on to say that it would be wrong if Madonna gets denied of the adoption. Madonna will be flying in to Malawi on Tuesday as reported by a senior official at Lilongwe International Airport.
