Britney’s Time

A typical big-budget mainstream music video takes about 2 or 3 days to film. But Britney Spears is attempting to do the impossible by wanting to do it in just 2 hours!The pop wreck is set to film a music video for her next single ‘Piece of Me’ of Tuesday, November 27. The shoot will start at 8 AM at the restaurant/lounge Social Hollywood which will feature Wayne Isham on the director’s seat. Wayne helmed the video for Brit’s 2002 hit ‘I’m Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman’.

A source on the set tells Us Weekly that Britney has a scheduled visit with her kids on Tuesday and she will only be available to film for two hours, between noon and 2 PM which would explain why along with 15 extras, Britney also has a body double.

I don’t know why she even bothers.

Donny and Marie Back Together

It’s been a while since we all saw Donny and Marie Osmond take the stage together. But the celebrity siblings have announced that they are reuniting to perform together again for a show at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas from July 17-23, 2008. Donny told ET that he and Marie can hardly wait for it.

The two entertainers have been through an emotional year which brought them even closer together. This time brought them to the realization that it’s time to relive the magic of their days on their TV show but this time, with a touch of Vegas.

Mary Delgado, not a perfect wife

Mary Delgado is one of the girls that were on the Bachelor reality show and succeeded o be proposed to. The quite perfect image she fabricated for herself is far from her real personality. Usually the world thinks that girls who get proposed to on The Batchelor are the perfect woman to marry, but TV lies as usual.

Mary has been arrested for assault on none other but her living partner for over three years. Friends describe their relationship as a true marriage, even though they didn’t get the papers done, so now the fisherman Byron Velvick who previously proposed to her can get a glance of the mistake he was about to make.

Punching her boyfriend in the mouth caused her conviction, and she was escorted to police quarters the day after. Mary didn’t make any statement regarding her gesture, she didn’t say anything in her defense and didn’t try to deny it.

Live Broadcast Makes Kelly Ill

Kelly was unnaturally demure and low-energy during Tuesday morning’s episode of Live with Regis & Kelly. She continually sipped a drink and did not return at the halfway point of the show.

Regis later told viewers that she hadn’t been feeling well and needed to leave.

The show was on location in the Bahamas and was being filmed at the Atlantis Resort. Kelly sat through the opening segment and helped with an interview of judge Tim Gunn from Project Runway.

Stan Rosenfield, Kelly’s rep, stated, “It’s a little case of the flu and she didn’t do the second show. That’s all. It’s holiday season and it’s flu season, even in the Bahamas.”

She is expected to be back for Wednesday’s show.

Miley Cyrus on Oprah

You know you’ve really made it big at 14 years of age when Oprah invites you on her show. Disney star Miley Cyrus of the popular show Hannah Montana was a guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show and talked about dating… with her dad sitting right beside her!

When asked about whether Miley was allowed to date, Miley said that she was allowed but that her dad acts weird about it. She told a story of how when a guy visited her at home, her dad was standing in the kitchen looking out at them with the dog right beside him. Billy Ray Cyrus tries to play it off and said that he wasn’t spying but Oprah knew otherwise.

Miley then capped off the show by singing ‘The Best of Both Worlds’.

Kate Moss Party Animal

Stunning super model Kate Moss has shocked friends when she allegedly begged for drugs at a recent party. At 30th Birthday Party for Davinia Taylor, it has been said that the model repeatedly asked the DJ, Elliot Eastwick, for various drugs including cocaine, poppers and cannabis.

Elliot said to press, “She grabbed my lower arm, pulled me towards her and yelled, ‘Who’s got the drugs?’ I told her I didn’t know and didn’t have any but she said, ‘I want some gear. You’re a DJ, you must have some.’

“She was tapping on a record sleeve in the motion of someone racking up lines of coke. It was obvious what she was after. I remember thinking, ‘God, Kate Moss just asked me for cocaine.’

The mother-of-one was previously exposed as a drug user two years ago when she was pictured snorting a substance that appeared to be cocaine; but went on to revive her modelling career.

What can I say? It’s not really surprising; just another celeb to add to the drug user convoy I suppose…

Paris Hilton is in the news again as the website Parisexposed.com recently re-released tons of footage from her personal sex tapes. Now most women would be mortified that these things have been aired to the public, but Paris seems more interested in regaining her tan after a fortnight travelling around Japan, Korea and China.

Fair enough. But in recent snaps, though she does look like golden honey on a stick; (the LA Glow I believe it is referred to), the top that she is wearing should show off her cleavage. Problem is…it’s gone. The huge bust that suddenly appeared a few months ago has just as suddenly disappeared. Is this possible? Holiday Movie Goers are Enchanted

Hollywood finally rolled out of its slump with strong movie attendance over the Thanksgiving holiday. Disney’s fairy tale romance Enchanted debuted as number 1 and took in $35.3 over the weekend and a whopping $50.05 million since its release on Wednesday.

The movie features actress Amy Adams as a cartoon princess who is banised to the real-world by her fiance’s evil stepmother, played by Susan Sarandon. The princess finds herself in busy Manhattan.

Also featured in the movie are cuties Patrick Dempsey (Grey’s Anatomy’s McDreamy) and James Marsden.

This was the second-best Thanksgiving holiday debut ever, topped only by another Disney favorite, Toy Story 2, which brough in a record $80.1 million. Rounding out the top five Thanksgiving debuts are additional Disney releases, Unbreakable, A Bug’s Life, and 101 Dalmations.

Hollywood has seen a decrease in movie attendance over the last two months, but this weekend’s stellar performances give them great hope for the rest of the year.

I haven’t made it out to see the film yet, but who can resist a good love story? Especially if I get to look at McDreamy for 2 hours!

Lindsay Lohan Freaky

Looks like our stars don’t mean it when they say they are “clean”. After recently reporting clues that Amy Winehouse was up to no good with the white powder; our little Lindsay Lohan has been spotted looking “out of it” at a recent party.

The Mean Girls star has just completed a two-month stay in rehab and has been attending Alcoholic Anonymous meetings.  But sources claim that, at a party on 10th Nov, “She didn’t seem to know what was going on. She couldn’t comprehend anything.”

After being convicted on a DUI charge and being sentenced to the mandatory minimum 4 days, the Freaky Friday actress served just 84 minutes. No wonder celebs these days think they are better than ‘normal’ people. I know people who have served more than that for not paying their TV license on time!

Thanksgiving in China for Paris

Paris Hilton spent her Thanksgiving in a quite un-American way, touring Shanghai, China, for the MTV Style Awards.

She spent a great deal of time shopping along the Bund waterfront, even taking a break to try on several dresses by Chinese designer Lu Kun, who is one of Shanghai’s hottest fashion designers.

At one point, Paris stopped for a press conference in front of the Hyatt on the waterfront, one of Shanghai’s newest landmarks. She said, “Shanghai looks like the future!”

Another highlight of her trip was a stop at Yu Yuan Garden where she sampled Shanghai’s steam buns and flower tea.

Today was part of a two day tour planned for Paris. On Friday, the heiress turned reality star turned author turned singer turned perfume deigned heads to the awards celebration for Chinese style and fashion.

Forget the turkey – pass the duck a la Shanghai!

Back to White – Amy Winehouse

It seems the “Back to Black” artist may not be so drug free after all. After 2 hours spent with a ‘mini-me’ fan; Amy Winehouse was snapped with what looked like cocaine residue on the inside of her nose.

The 24 year old claims to be drug free, but one onlooker quoted Amy as being “in high spirits” and “wide eyed” all evening. She was also an hour late beginning the show. So has the troubled singer returned to her wild ways? And is it such a big deal?

Of course narcotics are not exactly encouraged but if you saw a woman in your local shop in the same position you probably wouldn’t think twice, and it certainly wouldn’t make headline news. Is it really fair to drag it up just because she is a star?

Or is it because she is a star we should mention it – you know; influencing our children that sort of thing.

After last weeks story about her tour manager quitting; claiming doctor’s found heroin in his system after he inhaled it passively on the tour bus; maybe it is time Amy reconsidered her behaviour.

Britney’s Botched Lip

Court cases, failed drug tests, hitting parked cars, running over paps and a policeman are seemingly not enough of a bad rep for Britney Spears. Now, she’s also sporting around what looks like a botched lip job.

The pop wreck was spotted driving and texting in Beverly Hills on Wednesday with what looks like red, inflamed and infected-looking lips. Either Dr. Jan Adams worked on her too or her lipstick got mixed with poison ivy somehow.

While we can blame Restylane injections for her lips, who or what can we blame for the bad skin and ugly nails? Get yourself together Brit!

Jolie: A Year For Accountability Essay

Please… who wrote it for her? Didn’t this women drop out of high school. We’re supposed to believe that she is a fluent writer now? Yeah so nice that she’s bringing attention to this. But how will she out do herself next year? Oh, that’s right, she’ll adopt another kid and the publicity will just never end. Does she even have the time to pick up a pen and write a small daily dairy for herself of her daily happening with the kids and her routine and the time she shares with Brad Pitt? Why Am I saying all this, well because if a person is on tour of the world almost every day, has 4 kids to take care of and the usual commitments and reportedly finding a new house how can she find the time to write to her fans mails and do all this. It is pretty much clear in my mind, that either has a time clock that allows her to work 36 hours in one day out of the possible 24 hours or then her reps having been doing all this work for her and then she puts her name on drafted document.

Fabio Won’t Stop Talking

Fabio is really enjoying his new found 15-minutes. The guy won’t stop talking about the one incident he had with George Clooney at the restaurant. At a Lamborghini event on Wednesday night, he spoke to OK! Magazine and told them ‘his side of the story.’ Did George ever even talk about the fight or this guy? all of you who’s blaming Fabio in this incident need to stfu! George Clooney toons is a real asshole plain and simple. He always have been. it’s just that the media always paints him as this gentleman, next Cary Grant and all that shit. Well, fuck that noise! Clooney is a lowlife phony scumbag! Go Fabio for exposing this piece of shit for what he is. Team Fabio!!! Clooney sucks!!! I think it’s very gentleman-like of him to defend those ladies he was with. Not many guys are like that these days. And yes, George Cloony couldn’t have been more of an ass. He is hot, but he needs to stop thinking he’s God’s gift to women. There are plenty other “hot” guy celebs out there.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden Start Charity

A very pregnant Nicole Richie and her beau Joel Madden have started a non-profit organization to help mothers in need. Richie and Madden are planning a baby shower this Sunday at a private home and they’ve asked guests to bring cribs, strollers, and stuffed animals to donate to the new Richie Madden Children’s Foundation. They don’t need shower gifts because they’re rich, so why not use their celebrity status to help those in need. Maybe they never really gave new mothers much of a thought before, but now since Nicole knows what all new motherhood is going to entail, she wants to help. Good for her! God bless Joel, Nicole, their baby, and their foundation! Everyone says and everyone would agree that charity begins at home, so for these two if they want to set an example then they should start off by donating what ever they have, obviously not the full things but the small things that they can spare and that’s how charity begins. Why ask someone else and your guest to bring so that they can donate it?

Janice Dickinson: I’m Plastic and I’m Perfect

Former supermodel Janice Dickinson has confirmed speculation over the extent of her plastic surgery – she has spent $100,000 on preserving her youthful looks. The 52-year-old admits she has undergone numerous operations recently including a brow and neck lift. A more accurate headline “JANICE DICKINSON CONFIRMS extensive, comprehensive, necessary, required, mandatory, unavoidable, inevitable, expected PLASTIC SURGERY” Well although her face does seem to have almost no expression due to the extensive surgery, I do consider her quite beautiful. Ok, her face looks somewhat mask-like, bec. She can barely move it, but it IS a beautiful mask. I find it refreshing though that she’s honest about her plastic surgery, and i find her self-mockery endearing. She can afford it, it keeps her beautiful, and she’s honest about it. I see nothing wrong here.

Christina Rocks the Vote

A very pregnant Christina Aguilera made her way out to Robertson Blvd last night for the Rock the Vote event at the launch of Kitson Men. Christina’s always been one to love her makeup, and being a fellow makeup junkie myself, it’s hard to criticize. It actually seems she’s wearing MORE makeup during her pregnancy, which is typical for some women when they start to feel less confident about their bodies (like me when I was preggers). That being said, she is definitely a natural beauty, and the few times I’ve seen her with very little paint on, I was floored at how gorgeous she naturally was. Unfortunately, most of us self-critical-minded women, can’t see ourselves as others see us without first filtering our image through our critical minds. OK, so just call me a Christina fan who regardless of how she looks, loves her for her amazing talent.

Spears Gets Out of Red Light Ticket

Who hasn’t run a red light? C’mon honestly… Millions of people do, every year (some probably have their kids in the car too), and aren’t labeled bad parents, but then again, I suppose you’re only a bad parent if you are Britney Spears doing it and if TMZ.com’s scum are filming it from behind while another one of their photogs are popping flashes in your face from the front (to make sure that you can’t see the light). Setup perhaps? TMZ hired by team Kevin Federline? You decide… This whole thing is sick! I would never go so far as to pass judgment on anyone’s parenting skills or sanity for such a minor traffic infraction that was clearly an attempt to get away from the stalkerazzi… And for the record, if you have watched the video, you know the statement “she sped through the light” from the above article is completely bogus. Britney Spears drove through the intersection at a snail’s pace… They make it sound like she was practicing for the Indy 500. I think it’s high time that the media leave Britney and her family alone… Enough is enough.

Brangelina Does The UK

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt made their way down to the UK for the premiere of Beowulf which took place at the Vue Leicester Square . Why do they have to take moments of staring into each other’s eyes and kiss for photos? So phony. They do it on every red carpet. Why can’t they just walk it, and speak and be nice to fans instead of trying so hard to convince people they are happy? Who gives a rats ass if they “look” in love? They are there to promote a movie not themselves. Movie seems stupid too. I am not at all against the show of love and affection in public that’s totally cool to me but like when the whole thing becomes repetitive that’s when its like the whole thing become more of a customary show than being the real thing.

Kanye West’s Mother Passes Away

Rapper Kanye West is in mourning after his mother Dr. Donda West suddenly passed away in Los Angeles on Sunday. The 30-year-old was in London when he heard the tragic news and immediately ditched his commitments to catch a plane back to the U.S., according to reports. I am sorry to hear that Kanye’s mother has passed on but knowing that they had such a close relationship, I hope will give him some comfort to help him during this time. I will keep him and his family in my prayers tonight. Also he should derive strength from the fact that since he and his mother shared a close relationship, he should remember the good times and feel happy that he had the blessings of god that he had the chance to spend good time with her even after becoming famous or else most celebrities forget their parents and lead a life away from them.
