Hilary Duff arrived at LAX airport looking mighty stylish on Thursday. Wearing Chanel flats, leading a cart of Louis Vuitton bags and leaving in a dark SUV, Hilary was the epitome of Hollywood.
Later in the evening, the singer/actress hosted The City of 2007 Hope Spirit of Life Awards Dinner which honored Buena Vista Music Group Chairman Bob Cavallo. The BVMG includes Hollywood Records which is Hilary’s label and also releases records for Aly & AJ, Jesse McCartney, Raven Symone and Vanessa Hudgens. Hollywood Records should have been Disney Kids Records instead.
Anyway. A day later, Hilary celebrated her 20th birthday. Happy birthday to Hilary!

Actress Farrah Fawcett is pursuing alternative medicines in Germany in her battle against cancer after suffering a relapse. Where ever Farrah Fawcett can find some kind of relief. Cancer is a dreadful thing, it affects the whole family. I pray for Farrah and her family. May God hold them all in His hands? Really folks cancer is such a bad thing to happen to someone, it’s not only a tough disease to live with but also drenches you all your emotions and makes you feel so weak against fighting the disease. Some lucky strong willed people find the courage and the power to fight it and get rid of it. Farrah did manage to get out of it but its heart breaking for a person to have a relapse and now she will have to do it all over again. She’s in Germany finding alternative medicines. What I’d suggest her is that there are alternative medicines that are quite effect which could be found in China, the Far East Asia and even in India. Hopefully she doesn’t have to go that far but she would be willing to travel the world to find help.

Funnyman Ben Stiller struggles to make movie sex scenes convincing because his seduction technique is terrible in real life. The star, who plays an ill-fated newlywed in new movie The Heartbreak Kid, insists he is a disaster in the bedroom – both on-screen and off. A lot of guys are like that. A disaster in the bedroom. They just don’t tell the world, Dummy. Some guys just don’t have the art to make it happen in bed and others can make it happen but when on screen the get so conscious of who is watching them and what’s the talk about them making sex on screen that they just can’t put together a decent sequence on screen, right Ben. What Ben, you still rock on screen and that’s what matter to your fans, but I cannot say the same for your female fans now. None of your female fans would imagine you with her in bed in her dreams. They could say yuk if ever asked out by you.

Elton John has attacked the U.S. Government’s AIDS effort, dubbing it a waste of time and money. Yes – abstinence should be taught at home but we teach sex ed. and evolution in schools so why is this any different. You know what I say – when we were allowed to pray in our public schools and read out of the bible the world was a better place – and I don’t remember hearing about AIDS then….I feel very sorry for those who have this disease inflicted on them in which it’s not their fault – that’s an awful thing BUT those with AIDS because of their homosexuality – this is God’s way of saying you are not leading the life that he wants you to. Those people I don’t feel sorry for. SORRY! As far as President Bush – I don’t agree with everything he has done either BUT we are to pray for our President NOT BASH HIM which I know is alot easier to do for some people.

Drew Carey has no sympathy for Owen Wilson following his alleged suicide attempt last month because he is convinced the Wedding Crashers star could have avoided the ordeal if he had confided in his friends and family. I agree, how dare he try to commit suicide. He has everything he wants, Family, fame, money & a great place to live. That coward! I do not feel sorry for either. Let him try busting his X@@##!! Like us regular folk. Owen might have had to struggle in his initial days trying to make it big in Hollywood, I say might coz I do not know his Hollywood story but having reached the heights this chap has and having all the luxuries that life has to offer he should stop cribbing on relations gone bad and things that are bothering him. He has everything and life at this high juncture is there to live not to die.

The Hollywood Film Festival and Hollywood Awards, presented by Starz, announce that actor John Travolta will receive the Hollywood Film Festival’s “Hollywood Supporting Actor of the Year Award” at the Festival’s October 22 awards ceremony. I Thought he was a CROSS DRESSER, this movie HAIRSPRAY has DAMAGED your IMAGE, don’t just take any movie that is throw at you, they could of found a FAT CHICK for that part. Like ROSIE … Ha Ha John Travolta will receive the Hollywood Film Festivals Best “Supporting” Ham Actor of the Year Award. The prize also includes a 40 lb cooked ham a loaf of white bread and a bottle of mayo. So the lard X@@##! Can chow down on his way home. Like, sh*t man what has he done this year to receive this kind of award, may be the organizers had a feeling that a big star like John being honored by them would create some interest in the film festival and help them rope in sponsors.

Prison Break star Wentworth Miller refuses to accept he is a sex symbol, insisting his “brooding” is down to a squint. My dreams of stardom were about to be re-awakened, because I also squint a lot, having photosensitive eyes as well…but then I realized I’m female. The squinting look only works for males, i.e. Mr. Miller, and Clint Eastwood. Although I do realize that Renee Zellweger is also a squinter, and she’s a big star…I’m no great beauty…so I want to imagine that maybe I can still have a career as a famous comic actor, like she. Please, don’t stomp on my dreams/delusions of grandeur…they are all I have. Haha, I am naming all these lovely looking actors in my comments and my aims are to one day stand besides them, if not as a actor celebrity myself just as an adoring fan and we all squint people could have a joint squint photograph.

John McClane never goes down without a fight. And neither is director John McTiernan.
An attorney for the Die Hard director was vowing an appeal after the filmmaker was sentenced Monday to four months in prison for lying to an FBI agent investigating Hollywood private investigator Anthony Pellicano. Ha-ha, making all those unreal and lies in all his movies and then asking the screenplay writer to makes scenes in which the hero gets away or the bad guy gets away with telling a lie and bombarding which tallest American building and then stealing $140 billion of the coffers. This where he got the thought that if he could do it in his movies and the crowds love those scenes then he too could get away with telling lies to the FBI agents. He couldn’t realize that there exist a vast difference between reel life and real life. Four months will teach him something about real life and the FBI too.

A very pregnant Nicole Richie and her rumored fiancé/baby daddy Joel Madden had fled Hollywood for some much needed R & R in Hawaii. Yes she’s looking pretty relaxed on the vacation and looking healthy too. That’s in a long long time that Nicole has had something nice and positive said about her, doesn’t it give these celebs the feel good factor kind of feeling when the media has some good and encouraging words to say about you, your health, your relations. It’s like the summer is shining brightly on Nicole right, now has a boyfriend who is thinking of marring her, she is pregnant and keeping healthy too. It’s like God is sitting up there, smiling at you and tells you, hey girl this is your time under the sun, you are in pink health and you are having a ball. But just do not blow up from here on Nicole, or else again bad things will come to haunt you. Well while it’s summer time, enjoy it. Things should be better here on for Nicole.

James Woods wasn’t surprised when he heard reports O.J. Simpson had allegedly killed his wife Nicole because she had confided in him at a charity dinner. If it was all that bad then why in the hell did she stay with him that long and have a family with him. She was just in for what he had at that time and she knew the money was her need. From dating and dinners she knew that once she was married to him for his money, he would soon know of her intentions and the bad things and fighting would start, but she was ready to risk all for the money. And whatever habits she had he could afford it and more. She just got where she wanted to with someone else and there were younger too. Now tel me what man want take that you heart!

Oscar winning British actor Jim Broadbent has signed on to appear in the sixth ‘Harry Potter’ film – Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Few weeks ago there was a news article in the daily news paper that I get a copy of every morning and it said that Harry Potter movie series has become the top most grossing movie series of all times when it beat British spy movie series James Bond to claim that title. I have seen the Harry Potter movies and probably everyone in the world who watches cinema has seen the movie and it is superb movie of fantasies and magic but is far from the truth, children shouldn’t be exposed to the harsh realities of our naked world at an early age so they will obviously enjoy seeing some kido stuff but James Bond is more of a man’s thing where the spy agent 007 works on a mission and has the license to kill, thrill and the license to have sex anytime he sees a beautiful blond or brunette. So that’s my choice for a slick movie and not Harry Potter. Sorry you kids if you ever happen to read my comments.

Tori Spelling only learned how to make a bed after weeks of running a bed and breakfast, according to her husband Dean McDermott. The actress – who runs the Chateau La Rue in Fallbrook, California with McDermott – overcame a privileged upbringing by doing chores around the hotel. Well that’s really absurd to me, how can a person who sleeps every day in her own bed never have learnt to make a bed after getting up. My mom and dad were so strict about the way I kept my bedroom that I would have either I would get punished by have the worst breakfast in the morning or the just have to skip breakfast and ride to school on a glass of milk. After becoming famous she could have someone prepared in the morning but during her younger years she should have own to make it. I still do my bed at the age of 30 and it takes me hardly 5-8 mins to do it. That thing got inculcated into me so nicely that today I hate to see my room messed up and without proper bedding.

The judge in Phil Spector’s murder trial said he is considering giving jurors the option of finding the record producer guilty of a lesser charge than second degree murder after the panelists reported a 7-5 impasse following seven days of deliberations.
Spector’s defense team was expected Wednesday to vigorously oppose Superior Court Judge Larry Paul Fidler’s expected proposal to help jurors break their deadlock, while legal scholars said a conviction on lesser charges could be vulnerable to appeal.

Spector, 67, a music legend, is charged with murdering actress Lana Clarkson in his Alhambra mansion on Feb. 3, 2003, a few hours after she met him at her job as a nightclub hostess and went home with him.
The defense maintains Clarkson, 40, was depressed and shot herself in the mouth either on purpose or by accident.
The jury foreman, a 32-year-old civil engineer, told the judge that he saw little hope of resolving the impasse and indicated jurors were in disagreement about facts in the case, not about the law.
“I believe it comes down to the individual jurors’ conclusions that are drawn from the facts,” said the foreman. “At this time I don’t believe that anything else will change the positions of the jurors, based on the facts that are in evidence.”
He said the panel had taken four votes before reporting the deadlock.
The judge, clearly troubled by the prospect of a hung jury after five months of trial, told jurors he might give them some new instructions, or even have attorneys reargue part of the case.
Legal experts said Fidler would be risking appellate disapproval if a conviction was obtained after adding involuntary manslaughter as an option.
“He’s certainly taking a gamble that the defense won’t be able to make a plausible argument on appeal,” said Jody Armour, a law professor at the University of Southern California.

Barry Manilow may have performed twice on ‘The View’ before but it seems that third time is not the charm.
TMZ reported that the legendary singer pulled out of his scheduled appearance on the talk show because he strongly disagrees with host Elisabeth Hasselbeck’s conservative view. Ladies and gentlemen, meet the male form of Rosie O’Donnell.
TMZ obtained an exclusive statement from Barry where he says “I strongly disagree with her views. I think she’s dangerous and offensive. I will not be on the same stage as her.”
While Barry took his stand against Elisabeth, a source tells TMZ that it was actually the shows producers that pulled the plug on his performance when his people demanded that Elisabeth does not appear on the show with him.

Pop star Jessica Simpson has laughed off reports she is to have a baby with her gay hairdresser Ken Paves, dismissing the rumors as false. Rumors began circulating after the magazine More published a story on Simpson’s desperation to become a mother. Ha Ha All his sperm would be chocolate coated from traveling the Hersey highway. On a more serious note, these guys who ever print the story, I do not know why the cannot stop writing hopelessly horrible stuff about celebrities. Like wouldn’t it be common sense to think that if she were so desperate to have a child then she would have done it with the proper planning and the right person. Means why would she choose a nerd and a gay person who cannot get into the bed with girls properly, I mean I really that he doesn’t have the __ to get into the bed with anyone, how would he supply the sperm that she needs. Horrible story, just a write so that people go – oh and ahaa! On this freaking piece of sh*t.

Doesn’t it seem like Salma Hayek has been pregnant forever? But I have another feeling that might not impress the pregnant ladies who read this but I can’t stop myself from telling this. Doesn’t seem that it’s that time of the year when you get to hear that almost every actress over 35 is pregnant. Here’s what I am constantly thinking, Halle Berry is pregnant, Christina Aguilera too is pregnant and so is Salma Hayek. The actress is set to give birth any day now. There is also confirmed news that Salma is having a baby girl. It’s been a crazy year for the actress, after announcing her pregnancy; she quickly got engaged to French businessman François-Henri Pinault. Pinault is the CEO of luxury goods firm PPR, which owns Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent. If Salma does have a baby girl, she is going to be one lucky heiress. After all who wouldn’t want to inherit the most luxurious fashion lines in the world?

Rosie O’Donnell has revealed the most painful part of her childhood in a shocking new autobiography – she used to break her own fingers and limbs. The actress admits she would break her own bones with “a baseball bat” or “a wooden hanger” to cope with the pain she felt after her mother died. That’s just bizarre. Some kids resort to cutting, Rosie breaks her own fingers. Weird! What ever you are going through, bad and even worse in her case (pretty evident from her actions) how can the kids get so wild and hyper angry that they have the power to hurt themselves in such a cruel manner. It must have been very hard for her to see her mother pass away but as much as weird it is its astonishing that she had so much pain in her heart about her mother passing away that the pain of a broken bone could not stop her from repeating such acts.

Fred Durst pleaded no contest to seven misdemeanors, including assault, battery and reckless driving, for deliberately hitting two people with his car.
William Fred Durst, 37, entered the pleas Aug. 16 and was handed a suspended 120-day jail sentence, ordered to perform 20 hours of community service and fined $1,500, according to Superior Court documents.
The documents, first obtained by CelebTV.com, also show the Limp Bizkit lead singer was slapped with a restraining order saying he cannot “annoy, harass, strike, threaten or otherwise disturb the peace” of the two victims, whose names weren’t disclosed.
Durst must stay at least 100 yards away from the victims and he cannot possess a firearm.
A telephone message left with The Firm, the Beverly Hills representatives for Durst and Limp Bizkit, wasn’t immediately returned.
Durst allegedly hit the two Los Angeles residents with his vehicle Oct. 26, 2006, according to the documents. Misdemeanor charges filed in January included two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, three counts of battery, one count of making a criminal threat and one count of reckless driving.
There were no details about the incident.
