DJ AM has taken to his blog to clear up some rumors regarding the airplane crash lawsuits that he’s filed. He said “I want to take a second to address the hurtful posts and clear up any misunderstandings any of you may have about my law suit. I would NEVER sue the deceased pilots’ estates or personal holdings. I am more than grateful that I survived this horrible accident and I’d never try to take anything from those that didn’t. Despite the misinterpretations of the lawsuit, this suit is against the insurance companies that insured the pilots. I’m not after Sarah’s or James’ personal estates nor their property. Everyone involved in this suit has suffered a great deal, and I would not do anything to make matters worse for the deceased family and friends. Daily I live with the guilt and grief of what happened that night, what I saw, who was lost and why I was spared. I have no words to express the pain that comes with knowing four people died, while I lived.”

Any person would be heartbroken upon losing a young son and John Travolta is no different. It is certainly a rude shock and something that might alter life completely for this actor.

“He never dreamed of this – their relationship was so close,” family attorney Mike Ossi told press. “He always said ‘I’m happy as long as my kids are happy.’ He is heartbroken … To bury your son is the worst thing you can ever do.”

I think people are really shocked themselves and it is really immeasurable to quantify the pain and grief that John and his entire would be going through at this time.

The latest reports say that a caretaker found Jett in an unresponsive state at nearly 10AM on January 2, 2009 and then Jett’s father John tried desperately to bring his son back to life.

“He didn’t want anything to happen to that boy, and he kept on trying to revive him,” Ossi said. “He did mouth-to-mouth until they had to physically remove John to take Jett to the hospital.”

James Bond star Daniel Craig has voiced his concerns about the global credit crunch crisis saying that even the most sought after Hollywood superstars are not immune from its effects.

The Quantum of Solace actor has recently only bought a $5.8 million apartment in Regent’s Park, London but he says that if the trend continues then it will not be long before Hollywood too will be faced with a shortage of money because of the same reasons. He also said that such issues will affect everyone in the business, including himself.

That’s more like some actor talking something that has affected people all over then world but more so to people who are less fortunate and also those living below the poverty line.

Hollywood stars should for once starting taking in fewer salaries and even movie ticket prices should be slashed so that people can enjoy affordable entertainment to remain happy for some reason or the other.

Plane crash survivor DJ AM was spotted holding hands with a blonde beauty as he was recently seen leaving the back entrance of Foxtail Lounge in West Hollywood. Apparently, he DJ-ed that night. Who is this mystery girl though? I thought he and Mandy Moore were rekindling their romance. If blondie and DJ AM are together, I guess a second go at things proved just as pointless as the first for him and Mandy. But if they still are together, DJ AM has got some explaining to do. Though I doubt that he’s going to be that careless if it is the case.

Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell has put an update on his official website about the illness of his 6-year old son Baylee. His son was released from the hospital just right before Christmas and has been diagnosed with A-Typical Kawasaki Disease. The boy was originally thought to have had strep throat, hand, foot, mouth disease and erythema multiforme. He stressed the A-Typical part saying his son didn’t have the usual symptoms. “Kawasaki Disease causes inflammation in the coronary arteries as well as the walls of the small and medium sized arteries throughout the body. Unfortunately, Baylee’s coronary arteries were affected. He received an IVIG, which is a treatment to bring down the inflammation in his coronary arteries. Baylee will be closely monitored for the next 6-8 weeks by a Pediatric Cardiologist to see if the treatment was effective.”

We are all looking for some good bargains during these hard financial times and it’s a known fact that one day post Christmas is when there are huge numbers of outstanding deals as stores strive to end the year with record numbers.

Rocker Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz have successfully posted the pictures of the new born son Bronx Mowgli baby online that sans the help of a tabloid magazine. Wait a minute so what’s the big deal about having a baby’s pictures on the internet. Is any one bothered at all?

Wentz had earlier this month blasted reports that the couple were unable to find a lucrative deal to sell pictures of little Bronx Mowgli to a celebrity magazine and more they were not showing pictures of their new born in public because they were giving themselves every chance to securing a cover deal in exchange for a heavy sum.

Well finally these might that realized that though Bronx Mowgli might be cute and adorable as all other babies are but celebrity magazines are in the business just not for the heck of it. They pay huge sums of money alright but not for a bunch of nobody who have given their baby a really awkward name.

Apparently, Rufus Wainwrightwas misquoted on a statement regarding his views on gay marriage. The singer recently posted an explanatory but still eyebrow raising correction on his website. He said “Recently, a quote from an interview was taken out of context and as these things go, it has appeared on many internet sites. So, to set the record straight (or shall we say gay), I am not nor have I ever been opposed to anyone’s right to marry - straight or gay… Plus, in terms of practical issues such as citizenship, taxes, inheritance, etc…it is appauling that LGBT couples don’t have the same rights and options that other people have and compared with Europe and Canada, the US should be ashamed of how they treat love. I have voiced my strong opposition to Prop 8 on many occasions and will continue to do so until that referendum is reversed.”

Madonna’s ex and Lola’s dad, Carlos Leon, is speaking out to Hello! Magazine about the Queen of Pop’s recent split. Carlos Leon says “It is a bad situation for both Guy Ritchie and Madonna and I send them a lot of love and all the children involved. I think it is too early to say if the divorce will make things better or worse for the family.” Carlos also happens to think that Guy Ritchie is great saying that he “is the gent. He always treats me with respect. Of the film work of the two, I like Guy Ritchie better. He is incredibly talented as a director and producer and he inspires me.” Carlos also talks about his daughter saying “I speak to her every day. She is very talented, she gets that from her mum. She has had advantages I never had.
